there are not magic solutions....

you just need to change your prorities in order to stop thinking about being alone/not in a relationship...

it's a bit like stopping to smoke or trying to follow a diet...

you have to modify your actual habit/attitude if you want to get rid of your actual state... and... get used to the "sanier" ones....the ways to achieve that have been already indicated you by the previous posters...

cheer up, nicky and don't dwell too much on it...
