i would never tell my daughter that for sure bet when i was going through my court battle my x did every and anything to make my life hell , and still is , got me fired , wrecked my truck tried ruining my rep , and to this day calls just to curse me out , i hope you are not like that.

1st i have been doing this for years , 10 % is great for athletes i would aim for 15-21 % body fat , but if you fill you need to kill your self , i would keep my protein levels at about 270 gr a day thats about 1 1/2 per lbs . and up my aerobic activity to about 1 hour a day 5 times a week and make sure you drink a half a gallon of water a day good luck player .
youth hell it has me shaken (okay my x wife did it lol)we get married for all the wrong reasons and go about all wrong , years ago one met his mate met her family ,met her paster and her church ,then entered a program set up bt the church to see if you were ready for it , then after if you ran into problems you sought out the pastor to hear you out, this set up a godly foundation to stand on .

you can find plenty unattached men and women ,but it might not be what you are looking for or your type, me being from new york i seek a laid back woman who knows how to have fun, but relax and NY do not go together or big city .
