A favorite german film production of mine is Aimee and Jaguar.
"Aimee & Jaguar" (Lilly and Felice's pet names for each other) is based on a true story. Lilly Wust is alive today, at 85, and is the subject of a book that inspired the film.
"Berlin 1943/44 ("The Battle of Berlin"). Felice, an intelligent and courageous Jewish woman who lives under a false name, belongs to an underground organization. Lilly, a devoted mother of four, though an occasional unfaithful wife, is desperate for love. An unusual and passionate love between them blossoms despite the danger of persecution and nightly bombing raids."
I think pacino's acting as tony Montana in scarface has been his best. Funny though that pacino and two other primary actors are Italians playing roles as cubans whose first language is Spanish but is spoke only once by Montana.
Other Italian-american actors in the film were Mary Elizabeth Mastrantonio and Robert Loggia. Steven Bauer (manny ribera) is the only real-life Cuban in the primary cast.
Unforunately, this project found me working on it only behind desks in columbus oh and chicago. Though, I have been to Bacolod City and visited a friend of mine who retired and moved there. He lives there like a king on his gov pension. i found the people there warm and friendly and I like its climate.

The "inconvenient truth" is my favorite movie because i both laughed and cried at the same time throughout the entire movie thinking how the movie sales increased al gores net worth and while trying to convince many people into buying into his nonsense,
