That's a great weight for your height and age. My target weight is 185ish. My primary physician cautioned me at my age that I should keep some fat in case I get sick and lose all appetite for an extended time.

I finally learn of someone who likes plantains. seems like all of my regular cuban dishes including my favorite Adobo Pork Loin hav plantains. I leave them. Wrong texture for me.

On the Starliner Diners menu...
"Three slices of pork loin marinated in a mole based adobo sauce. Covered in adobo sauce and served with black beans, rice, Cuban bread, and a plantain garnish."

I try better to not let external things upset me but when i get cross eyed, red in the face, holding my breath kind of upset I go car shopping but not necessarily buying new cars today.

Food and a little exercise...

<> I eat 1.5 ounces total of walnuts, almonds and walnuts in the morning and again in the afternoon on top of more veggies, fish and smaller portions of meat. Larger portions of my favorite meat allowed on weekends. Peanuts fiber made me feel full/less appetite.

<> Swim ~2 miles every other day except sunday when i just crash in war water spa and sauna. Free weights at home.
