Last night, I went to an outdoor concert with friends....they played a lot of old Country music but with the modern twist....The music was nice and the band was okay, but the company of friends made it fun
Today I am serving at a party my mother is throwing for a bunch of friends...it is a carnival theme and everything is all decorated...My dad and a neighbor will be doing Valet parking and every one always has a great time as Mom does this every year but with a different theme and she always have 18-25 guests... Today is going to be another wonderful day
The answer to this is so very simple....in a relationship with two people(even if they are the same age)....one is always older and one is always younger....So, What's the problem?
I have found that online dating sites are just like any where else for meeting people and deciding if you want to date...you have to weed out the ones you know you don't click with, right away and meet up with the ones you think you might click with...and sometimes even that doesn't work out...you just hang in there and keep trying,but extras caution is needed, no matter where you start you looking process... As for me...I have met a few....One lasted a long time, but in the end it wasn't a lasting relationship....You either quit trying and live alone or you keep going....me, I keep going because I want to, not because I feel I have too.
I have been making new friends all over the place.....it has been a long time since I did that.....When things are good, they are very good and then I can be just a tad bit bad
I think that you should feel comfortable in a good relationship, but you have to be careful because there is a such thing as getting too comfortable and then you end up taking the other for granted....JMO

As for today, I started walking to help me lose weight and as I was, a neighbor saw and joined me. I was enjoying the walking but it is all the better when you have someone to walk with....
I would like to have at least one of my planned trips completed, but who knows what will happen between now and a year from now. Many things can happen, plans change and so will I. No matter what, I will enjoy what is to come
In school, I used to hang out with this young man and we would cut classes(just for fun) and do all kinds of wild things, just short of getting caught in most. Anyway, both of our Mother's kicked us out about the same time. I had a place to stay and he didn't so he went off to Florida. I ended up going much later. We lost touch and now, almost 40 years later, we have reconnected by means of Face Book(thanks to my daughter). Keep in mind that I never dated him...he was just someone to hangout with, but now, I may change that and think about dating him! The distance can be an issue, but I have done the long distance relationship before...so, will just have to see...
When I turned 18, I hitch hiked around the US for three years..saw a lot of this country and did a lot of things... Since then, I traveled with other people. I find it more enjoyable to have someone to travel with and share the experience with...,, Although there are times when a little trip, alone sounds quite nice.
