JustLittleMe Poetry (3)

Please don't confuse my laughter with insanity,
Please don't confuse my pity with jealousy,
As I know what he does where your not there
Because once upon a time.............

I was you.


So you can have my discarded Cinderella shoes
As I've my little Red Riding boots
And you can have my broken and shattered dreams
Id much rather Reality.

I cant begin to image the darkness that you felt,
And if I could have changed the deck,
I would have changed the card that you'd been dealt.
I stand here now in this stony place,
Carved letters Tar, the memory of your face.

And I know
you felt you weren't strong enough,
to say goodbye
and you weren't brave enough,
to tell us why,
So you went away
and left us with
You emptiness.

Now as the sun sets and darkness takes its place,
I wish that I'd of seen you hand, and looked beyond your face.
And you stand there now in your better place,
Tears traced along the letters on your grave.

And I know
you felt you weren't strong enough,
to say goodbye
and you weren't brave enough,
to tell us why,
So you went away
and left us with
You emptiness.


Your emptiness is killing me with memories,

Your emptiness its hard to breath, hard to believe,

In your emptiness

All you see is what I want you to see,
I'm scared to let you in incase you see the real me,
The fears that I hide deep behind this great wall
Are there to protect me, incase you don't catch me if I fall.
Hold out your hands, dont hold onto my heart I'm about to fall apart
Im a part of your arms.
