Sadly, another meet gone wrong by people who have no intention of going, some of who should know better, signing up to attend. That's the kind of wasters we have on this site lately. 4 members and 3 guests turned up. For 2 of the members this was their first meet and very disappointing.
So 5 of us came home after only one day. Perhaps a reminder to us all not to take people on here at face value.
I wouldn't hold out much hope for the Donegal meet!

Sorry to hear that but I hope those that did go had a good time. I thought that more had booked and paid a deposit though and with the lovely weather it was a great opportunity to enjoy Sherkin. If I had more dosh, I would have been there for sure but a bad time money wise for me.
There are plenty M who are still on the sign up thread. These are regular members. Any wonder that dates aren't working out on here. Sherkin isn't the kind of place you can go off and do something different. It really needed the members to turn up and sadly they let us down.
