ANTIDOTE FOR CONSPIRATORIAL,,TRAITOROUS,SOCIAL MEDIA MENTAL WIZARDS....EXPULSION!

Within the last year or so a lot of the social media "clowns" decided they had sucked enough of the economic lifeblood from their customers worldwide, exploited their home countries economic opportunity to the hilt and......ALARMINGLY, have decided to enter into an incestuous relationship with our sworn enemy China for God only knows what advantage they can gain only to sharply tilt the dynamic and thereby seriously threaten our National Security! Set aside, for a moment, the militarily strategic position this decision could shape for the US in the future and focus on the blatantly TURNCOAT aspect these SCUM have demonstrated to their home country. They all were allowed tax incentives, loans, the ability to pick from the finest technological talent available to start their companies in the friendliest economic environment on earth to achieve all they now have! By way of thanks they figuratively give the finger to every single customer that ennabled them to prosper! We are currently in a situation where every single opinion, political stance and ideaology they disagree with is heavily CENSORED, they ASSUME to decide who thrives economically online etc...... This is TOTALLY unacceptable and I would humbly submit that after the first High Profile lawsuit, hopefully followed by many others, along with heavy and very SEVERE Government regulation these unappreciative, treasonous, traitorous lowlifes will be properly brought to bear! If not,I don't care how Congress and DOJ go about it but I honestly believe there is sufficient grounds to,under the auspices of National Security,Seize,(by any means available, these peoples considerable wealth, revoke their citizenship and EXPORT their asses to whatever communist country they aspire to! DRONEon episode 6...

When I talk about drones, some people think of a teenage boy flying over a neighbors back patio to capture video of the guys daughter or hot looking wife. There are no examples of drones being used elsewhere that will change that mindset. Sorry...

But, if you are open minded, you could find some interest in drones being used in business.

In the example, large scale model drones are equipped with tanks and spray nozzles for the application of pesticides or liquid fertilizers in agriculture.

Pretty simple design with gyroscopic stability, the pilot remotely controls the drone over the crops at the speed and altitude of his choosing.

I've seen some larger GPS models including some with programmable flight path and obstacle avoidance.

Technology put to good use!

We've been trying to reach you...

A few times a day I receive (robotic) phone solicitation calls to my cellphone offering me discounted healthcare programs and the recording starts with "We've been trying to reach you..." along with that is their takeaway "This is our last attempt to offer this discount..."
If that were true, I wouldn't receive so many calls.

I stopped using a land line years ago and switched to VOIP service provided by Vonage. It was my backup to a cellphone and served as a FAX line. I haven't used it in months and decided the $30 fee could be used elsewhere.

Since I'm a T-Mobile customer, I decided to switch to their VOIP service for $10 and now that I'm at a location 45 miles North, I selected a new phone number in the local exchange.

The device with new number has been installed for a little more than a week and the first message on the voicemail system is:
"We've been trying to reach you..."

DRONEon 1...

There are few public parks with model aircraft flying sites provided by Palm Beach County - Parks & Recreation where people go to visit and fly airplanes, helicopters and drones.

One problem is many are within 50 miles of president Trump's Mar-a-Lago retreat and the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) has banned all model aircraft on days when he's in town.

I believe the normal restrictions are 400 feet maximum altitude and no flying within 5 miles of a commercial airport.

So any Palm Beach modellers who only fly weekends and holidays get shut down when the president is at Mar-a-Lago on those days.

Happy flying... !

Uhura had the first Bluetooth...

Star Trek came out in 1966.
Uhura was the communications officer aboard the USS Enterprise.
Her claim to fame is having the first Bluetooth.
It was massive by today's standards and it appeared to have it's own radiator!

New Milling table

I have a Sieg mini-mill. It has one major fault. A tiny X, Y & Z azis. At long last someone did something about it. Sief finally manufactured and made available a mill table both 30% larger and with 40% more travel on the X and y axis. I ordered one when I learned of it.

Yesterday a huge, but heavy (80+ pounds) cardboard was delivered. Inside was a wooden crate. Bolted to the inside of the wooden crate was a beefier milling table. I am a happy camper. banana

My only wish now is that Sieg will come out with a new taller column so I can get more Z axis.

Women and men. That thing of all things.....

The one eyed splitting trowser viper. Sure, the creator designed 'em, probably with a lot more smarts than any of us, no? And estimates are that fully 6% of the male population ( puffters) absolutely adore the little fellers. But what about you ladies. I've heard that some of you actually don't like the things, or maybe it's the way they look, operate, or that they come attached to us men, mostly. From time to time they certainly have brought some folks misery, but joy as well, no? A similar percntge of dyky ladies, and perhaps many more of the straight type, like the hard inanimate ones, for a variety of reasons and to various purposes. And most of these don't look at all like the live item. What gives here?

How Long?

The 25 year period following 1990 was characterized by rapid advances in the field of information technology. It was very much like the early days of the railroad.shock

Every few years a new locomotive was build which was bigger, better and stronger than its predecessors. Only computers developed much faster. Every few months a new computer hit the market that was smaller, stronger and faster. And with it came bigger hard drives, more memory and more powerful new software.professor

Information that was almost unobtainable previously, is now available with a few mouse clicks, admittedly not always accurate, but available.typing

How long before odors and tastes too will be digitized? Imagine watching the Grand Prix on TV, getting the smell of burned tires and exhaust fumes in your nostrils.wow

How long will it be before knowledge will be downloaded directly from the human brain to be saved on a storage device for later use. Think of the advantages if such knowledge (and even experience) could be uploaded to another brain. Need to learn a new language? No problem, just slip in another disc. Schools will become an outdated concept overnight. No longer will an Einstein’s knowledge perish with the brain.hmmm

But this is not limited to humans only. What if your new puppy could be uploaded with a complete set of doggie manners? Think of the brand new practice of slavery if baboons could be uploaded with the knowledge to perform useful tasks.lightbulb

A bit far fetched you may think but maybe not so, considering that as recent as fifty years ago, the marvels that we now accept as the norm in computers were deemed to be impossible.grin

Something is only impossible until somebody figures out a way how to do it.idea
