...now even the ueber left politically compromised BEEB is reporting that there is certainly an adequate number of Republican Senators to confirm the next nomination of a new Associate Justice to SCOTUS. Even that Later Day Saints clown Romney, and perhaps a few Dems. Reporters, and many other BBC staffers, are likely tearful. Inshallah.
Sort of gives one a tingle down both legs.
Let them just try to alter the Court in number, or in any other fashion.

For the reelection of President Trump, that is. Let us count the evidence based reasons.
As with the last do little for his "people", much less for his Dark Continent family, affirmative action President, how much of this half Negress's education/job advancement was on racist policies of color rather than character? MLK roles in his grave.
While 'Frisco DA, and CA State AG, she bemoaned the prison overcrowding, a fair amount occurring on her watch. The usual Democrat do as we say. Policy mismanagement, while Rome burns. Who's surprised?
And in spite of the usual shuck 'n jive pander to Black prisoners, unlike other state A's G, she did little to end the overcrowding, with sentencing reforms, etc. Shades of typical Democrat policy excellence in public education, the dole, economic development in inner cities, and so much less.
But where would this, yes another, Democrat alt-liberal lawyer, be without mastery of the use of the race card? Her main target? Why sniffy, creepy, likely impaired uncle Joe himself.
Don't take my words for it, Peebles. Re-play a little of the recent debates. where all two dozen wannabees ragged on our promise keeping President Trump, for a variety of reasons, mostly imagined. But there was one who focused more than the others on VP Biden's extensive real racist past. His actions on school busing, leadership on prison policy (further filling jails with Blacks), and long list of Southern Democrat white racist pals and associates. Mz. H. named many of the latter, for which she caused VP Biden much consternation. Fortunately for her, his memory issues seem to have failed him once more with his choice of her.
But speaking of the debates, and other aspects of the proto-candidates' run for the job, just how'd she do, after a brief initial IPO style entry? She fizzzed and dropped out, rarely getting more the 5% of approval, or of votes.
We see, she's touted by the biased media as a "moderate Democrat", as with uncle Joe. Patriots and lovers of our constitutional Republic know otherwise.
But along with Biden, she has also mastered the wishy washy core Democrat approach to governance, and statespersonship, which is a cautionary tale in this dangerous world.
This further puts her and him into a bind, as anyone knows, who has seen the recent move of this party toward the Communist ideological left.
But there is a bright side. At least sniffy Joe has spared her his praise for B Hussein. As of yet, he hasn't said that she is well spoken, and CLEAN.
And oh yes, let's not forget the red knees and back, greasing the political skids for Kamela dearest.

And it's true, I think the Don's strategy of doubling down to the faithful, and to those many millions of patriots who get it, will catch the other side with pants down, as with Hiderbeast in 2016. Oh, those of such short memories.
Perfectly designed to hang on to, and to even grow the base, along with turning the 5-10 % of the fence sitters, just barely enough so, as last time around. VERY barely, oh you CS lemming folk.
The strident hate by the lefties, almost everywhere so forcefully out there, media included, is a major driver here. A brilliant double header, from a guy who knows a bit about deals. Especially about keeping them all emotional, angry, and in the dark about what's important. And staying cool, and almost seemingly uncaring. Be it in winning an election, or the lowball purchase of multi million dollar real estate. And the tree top unloading of the same. But as always, don't take my word for it.
But there's more. Of course ex VP sniffy creepy Uncle Joe Biden is already a gift, along with the power of the biased polls, once more leading the worried fence sitters in the right directions. But the Dem Pols' siding with the AOC and Fake Indians of the world, to a large degree, makes for further yellow puddles, for just the right folks. The TD-HD Syndrome victims have empty bladders here. Just ask about what the fence sitters think of the looting, the arson, etc., ---all in the name of anarchist Trotskyists, such as the BLM crowd. Who hasn't seen every ounce of it? Now more inner city gun deaths than ever, with demoralized coppers. More gifts of the Dems and their ilk.
And who really believes Mr. Biden will survive, much less prevail, in the debates?
But hey, even if the rank sexist pander move, a real Hail Mary pass, to have some affirmative action female as a running mate, should work, so what?
Many changes are already in play, thanks to promises kept. And with 4 years of Mr. Biden, and alt leftie congress and policies---well, the next time around will do it. If you like the way the Dems' running schools, inner cities, welfare state, and so on have done us all, well, just stay tuned.
The real strength of a democratic republic, designed by the wise founders, is the back and forth.

...Every now and again, I turn over the stuff I've placed in my compost shed, and there's probably close to enough to cover the garden next year with a thin yet highly nutritive layer. If the sloth subsides. The stuff looks like how the land in Egypt does, after the Nile recedes each year.
Dark, warm and damp, and awash with beasties of all sorts. So I KNOW it's the world's best fertilizer. But today, while pitch forking the pile, I saw weeds growing---the same sort that we see all about here on the coast. In these northern temperate climes, the rapidity of the green growth is amazing. Within a few short days of the last snow melt, the place resembles the rain forests of the Amazon.
But this particular weed species, which typically grows to half a foot in height, had numerous branches, all growing OVER the top of the 4 foot open entrance to the shed! And as with the beans in the garden, were displaying a bit of the vine attachments Jones as supports. Glad I was not too lazy in getting to it, or I would have been able to climb to the clouds, like Jack and his beanstalk.
OK, so it's really no surprise, all this. But just another example of how fascinating is biology. Wish I had more than a mere 30 years left to admire it all. Or 20. Or 10. Or,or,or.

Nonetheless, made it to the 12.20 ferry (don’t ask) just to discover that the marina folk went off to handle some kind of emergency. Was sitting in the sun doing nothing for 1 h 20 min. There was literally nothing I could do, but enjoy the weather – nothing to wash or clean or tidy – just be: best time of the day.

…been launched at last and set off against 5 m/s from West. In the context it means I have to paddle for ca 2 hours against wind, round an island called Jonsborg and then ride back to the marina with “sea-taxi”, surfing on waves and carried by wind, not a worry in the world.

…when behind Jonsborg, the wind abated. Found myself in a little bay– a space surrounded by tiny islands – a stone garden with absolutely transparent water exposing treasures on the bottom, as in an aquarium – a place there sea stars come from. Bobbed there for eternity, enjoying the sun, the life below and above the surface.

As there’s no wind, got to splash all the way back on my own. Saw a halo. Geese with goslings and ducks with ducklings everywhere. Then a quick good bye at marina and driving home – wonderfully tired, all senses overfilled with the most beautiful memories.
