the friend zone

we are all adults of mature years and we may have experienced the friend zone.

the friend zone...is not the same as being a friend to someone...but what it is...one person has attraction for another...but the other person only see's them as a friend...no romantic connection...no lust and no desire at all for them.

Some women will take advantage of men in their friend zone...to have the man...do favours for them...lend them money...listen to them talk about their failed relationships etc...

women...who put a man in the friend zone know... the chances are the man...still desires them and puts them on a pedestal...

yes it's manipulative to take advantage of a man...but it's also wrong for the man to stick around...pretending he can just be friends with the woman.

moral of the story...when you are put in the friend zone...move on and don't look back...move on and meet another woman.

Amber Heard is appealing the verdict but chance is not good

It will take years before appeal is decided upon and her chances of having the verdict overturned isn't good.

"Anyone appealing has an uphill battle,” says Rebekah Sullivan, a Washington, D.C., attorney who focuses on family law. Most likely, the lawyers who spoke to TIME said, Heard’s team will argue some legal error was made during trial and will try to overturn the verdict on the basis that the jury was influenced by things they saw and heard outside tge courtroom."

From the latest news. What Legal Experts Think of Amber Heard's Chances on Appeal

The decision was for Johnny against lying Heard.
Justice is done. 15 million for Johnny, 10 for compensation and 5 for punitive damages.

Now I am not sure what impact this case does to both of them but I have a feeling Johnny is in good shape.

She was found to have done a malicious act by lying about her defamation report as published by the Washington Post.

This drama which has become one of the most watched show on television is going to affect how this relationship squabbles will be handled. I'm sure to play and claim as a victim will be thoroughly investigated and questioned if only to punish the aggressor.

Is it the tagline, username or profile?

When one logs in to their CS account, what catches one's attention?

Is it the tagline? Is it catchy, cheeky or boring?

Is it the username? Does it describe the person who created the account?

Is it the profile? Is it detailed enough to make one send an email? Or click like? or even click favorite?

Just saying....perhaps it is all of the above! shimmy

Attracting younger men…

I have always had the ‘problem’ of attracting younger men, but only because I look and think/act younger than my actual age. As such, all but 2 of my past relationships/s*xual encounters (not that many), which includes my marriage, were with younger men.

The thing was, what they expected of me and I of them, didn’t mesh well enough to keep the attraction going for very long (especially since I’m not easily impressed and get bored quickly).

Crossing 55 made me determined to only form personal relationships with older men, whose future expectations/outlook on life were more in line with mine, and with whom I could fulfil the need for meaningful companionship.

Idealistic? Maybe. Pragmatic? I think so. Achievable? I certainly hope so. Cheerswine

big window .....

He who is unable to live in society, or who has no need because he is sufficient for himself, must be either a beast or a god.
Aristotle..... human kind cannot bear very much reality, but,
it is THE best...
One can have hundreds of online friends and
Facebook friends, while in real life have barely a person to talk to....
more than often, does not produce any real meaningful communication. In short, we just need to ponder whether it is worthwhile for us spending Too much time and energy building large online networks of superficial connections, at the expense of maintaining a few cherished reliable real-life friendships
A second false perception is the feeling of intimacy and closeness conveyed though cyber interactions....
We couldn’t really rely on cyber connections to introduce us to a new career or to get a raise out from the online interactions. Thus people’s belief in the benefit of keeping cyber connections is somewhat false, or at least doubtable...
there is definitely a set standard for discipline,...
the conveniences of connecting through the internet have generated the consequences of expecting too much and committing too little.
Not only are Internet chat room relationships leading to impersonal contact of people hiding flaws behind anonymity, also danger in it..
though social networks can be useful; they can also be damaging to an individual’s career, personal life, and affect many other aspects of their lives....so, it is better continue to use social media to maintain offline relationships because it’s easy, convenient, and beneficial.
cool

The way things are...

Oh so you miss me now...

Not too long ago you thought I was too "ordinary", that you could find a better version of me in every corner..
You couldn't look me in the eye anymore... "You needed to be without me", that's what you said...
And now you say you were wrong .
Well, yes you were.
Now please grow up and accept the consequences and the fact that there is indeed a better version of YOU in every corner head banger teddybear

First date meal...paying half/going dutch with a woman

I have discussed...this subject before...but it was a while agowow

As some women have stated...it's not the 1950s anymore...women have their own income and property...so why do so many women...still want the man to pay for the mealconfused

a novel idea...would be a woman offering to foot the whole bill for the meal..like so many men have done...throughout history..never complaining...just opening their wallets up...paying the bill and leaving a tip toowow

What i did with my exe...she paid and the nxt time i paid...fair is fairgrin

Feel free to share your views...on this most interesting of subjects...that effects so many of uswow

Qualities or character you are looking for in a possible partner

Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder so it's said and chemistry is important when you meet.

Real really real

Hi all, have any of you met a real honest person on a dating site and hook up for the forever long haul, I have met mostly scammers and maybe I’m scaring the honest ones away.
I have been alone since 2014 and I sometimes think I might be alone right into the next life, maybe my soulmate is already there waiting with open arms but I do not want to wait that long, I’m getting tired of making my own coffee every morning.
Be safe

Ennery thee eighth...

In the 1960's Herman's Hermits did a song about marrying the widow next door who had been married to 7 Henry's before him making him Henry the eighth.
The song is a humorous flip to Henry VIII, King of England who had six marriages.

I've done blogs before about young widows on CS who are setting their selections to men 99 years of age. There are several thoughts about this. One is: They made a profit on the first one and finding another older guy has a higher percentage chance to meet a wealthy guy who won't be around too long!

Hmmm...
