Striking lightening
this love forever pines
away drifting in a desert oasis
an angel's voice sweetly sings
so sweet my unforgettable dream
Inside this you are darling
shining brightest of all stars
liquid silver shivering
the moon begins to weep
starlight crystals winking droplets fall
love you are each one
A beautiful memory
touching so deeply
that i will never forget
as long as i live,
the very first kiss
joining lips breathtaking
with you my love complete

Who would have known that a simple drive could start such a chain of events.
A country road leading no where....time well spent.
Watching as the miles go by. Like years in a life.
I can honestly say its been a good ride.
Low on gas not sure if stopping is what I want to do.
I think I might be able to make it another mile or two.
Use to think I had a destination but now it hides.
To be honest I think I have always been here just for the ride.
Sometimes I might go a little bit to fast.
But then I see something and roll to a stop.
But it just doesn't seem to last.
Wheels will start to roll and sing with the highway.
Like a childhood melody I love to hear play.

Who are you,
to occupy my thoughts so quickly?
Why do I,
feel I already know you?
My thoughts are,
full of endless possibilities.
I worry about,
the suddenness of my wanting.
Whirlwinds and hurricanes,
Soft breezes by comparison
Who are you,
to blindside me so completely?
Why do I,
feel that I've so much to show you?
My thoughts are,
full of new old emotions.
I worry about,
the all things I could mess up.
It feels so dream like,
but I don’t want to wake up.

In the depths of the Underdark
Evil drow lurk, waiting to embark
On a journey of malevolence and spite
But we'll stop them dead tonight
With our blades and arrows, we'll cut through their ranks
We won't falter, we won't give thanks
For this is our mission, our calling, our fate
To rid the Underdark of their hate
The darkness consumes us, but we press on
Not seek rest till every drow is done
Our minds mayhap weary, our bodies mayhap weak
But we'll keep fighting till their total defeat
The Drow's Demise, it's what we seek
To bring an end to thier world, so very bleak
With vengence in our hearts minds and souls
We fight on till we reach our righteous goal
So let us sing a song of victory
For this battle won't be some mystery
Our hearts are pure, our cause is just
And with our music, we'll crush the drow As we must

Chopin from white ivory
skills of the master player
on this deeply polished piano
and from the verandah
they all enter elegantly
women in hats
men in suits
stripes are the order
champagne quaffed
from flute glasses
and the laughter
goes up and down the hallways
as if the war had never been

We all have special memories of our Mom
Playing outside until she would holler come
The times we held her hand and felt safe
Or when she punished us with tears on her face
The first to tell me about my Savior
Telling me to follow his example for my behavior
Pointing to his picture on my bedroom wall
Saying He protects me if I but call
Store these precious memories everyday
For future times when you can remember and say
Thank you Mom for all you have done
For giving me these precious memories for when you are gone

Dragon fire casting spells,
Piercing fumes, a haze compels,
Toxic breath, it's hard to breathe,
Fiery wings set free.
Unleashing fury of the flame,
From ember to inferno it came,
A dragon's rage, a sight to fear,
Its fuming scales, all too clear.
A beast so mighty, free to roam,
In darkness, it calls home,
Its power knows no bounds,
And with a breath, all falls down.
Fuming scales, sharp as knives,
With roaring bellows, it thrives,
A predator, a primal force,
A dragon's power has no remorse

Sometimes we wish we could unfold the sky
To take you back from the space and time
So we can see your smile
For you who never knew our name
We barely know if you're a boy or a girl
You're a heaven fragments from our wound
Cover up with our blood and bones
Our shattered mind is a stage for your grave
Cover up with our blood and bones
Our shattered mind is a stage for your grave
Those bright lights beneath the stars
Reminds me of your little name
We wish we could turn back the time
For you who never knew our name
For you who never knew our name
But when we close our eyes
We stumble ourselves inside
Tears never bring you back

About this poem:
A wife who loses her husband is called a widow, a husband who loses his wife is called a widower, a child who loses his parents is called an orphan.
There is no words for a parents who loses their child, that's how awful the loss is.
A tribute for every mother who lost their child.

A photo, just a random photo, nothing but a face, an image of a stranger.
Or so it should be, but, why do you feel like He holds the key to who you are meant to be?
How can you explain the feeling that you know the feel, smell and taste of Him already?
His words wrapped around your body and soul in the most beautiful embrace.
Eye's that you understand have seen so much more than they needed to in this world.
You have had your Reason, your season, could you find your lifetime in This Man?

About this poem:
My Mom always said when my Dad came to the door to see her father for the first time, she took one look at Him and said "He's mine" she was 17 and he was 27 .
Theirs was a beautiful love story, he died at 45 in the war and she at 78 still loves Him with her Whole Heart.
Maybe that's my problem I can't settle for less.
Am ever the romantic and believe in the fairytale.

Today, just for today I want to climb onto your lap and feel your strength.
Today, only for today I need to be needed and held like a child.
Tomorrow, tomorrow I will have pushed back this longing and gone back to the real world.
Tomorrow, the Woman will begin the daily drama of life and will not listen to the soul she has forgotten to hear.
