Bent over thinking
of what is it you see.
Beauty all around
looking to the ground
wondering what is it
you are to see, maybe
it is all the
possibilities. Looking
into the land see
you and beauty
hand and hand.
Thinking of the
future, seeing all
the delight thinking
beauty is in site.
Watching the trees
swaying to and fro
wondering what is
to be beautiful
leaves and greenery.
See beauty in all
that is around what
miraculous scene what
a miraculous sound.

I came to you an adult, and all grown.
But, you provided to me what no one else has ever shown.
You taught me things as if I was a child learning things for the first time.
You stood by me, even the times I got out of line.

As I lost my way, so many times, your hand was always there
You never let me fall, even in my darkest moments of despair.
You taught me so much about the things I need in order to make it
You stood by me and fought my battles with me, never letting me quit.

You taught me how to truly live, and not just survive.
Because of you and your unconditional love, I am truly alive.
You were there, when life came crashing down
You stood by my side, when there was not another soul around.

You are my friend, my mother, my biggest blessing.
So, if you ever have a moment where you are unsure, or guessing..
Just know that nothing has ever made me love you any less
Thank you would never be able to form the words I would truly like to express

I have sat under the nights sky and counted shooting stars
I have watched the sun rise over the ocean
I have even sat on a mountian side and over looked a snow filled valley!
yet none of these things can compare to your beauty!

I ask the flowers
Why do you smell
I ask the sun
Why do you shine
I ask the grass
Why are you green
I ask my love
Why do you love me
I ask these and many more
And the answer is always

The pen...
began to move on it's own,
It wrote a book of lies,
Full of fancy, frilly things
in sinister disguise,
The eyes followed every word
in horror and dismay,
The story stood all on its own,
Turning every page,
Entranced and enthralled
at the sight of it all,
I had to be amazed,
How long I watched
the spectacle ?,
Hours, maybe days,
But in the end I realized,
It was the devils work,
And wanting no part of diabolical deeds,
I turned my back on the book...

Hopes I once had
are now drowned
in the sea
of my mind

No joy is left
only pain
in the core of my heart

Thoughts are now full
of unknown deepest fear
torn apart by my senses

Doubtfulness just rules me now
then I ask - where is the sign ?

Close your eyes and ask yourself - my friend
is life worth living
till the end ?

For as you grow you mature into
yourself by separating from
the nest.
You go off to college and
learn what it is like to be
an adult to manage your
money and grow into yourself.
Surprisingly you find your life
coming together.
You are finally a women of your
own time for you know what
you want and you aim for that goal.
I release you my child to begin
your life anew to be the women
you always intended to be.

Spanning Time

From memories that linger on
Glorified by the sun
Knowing it will come to an end soon
Wraped in the embrace of the moon

Dancing stars mesmerize my gaze
Following in a daze
Whisps of clouds teasing my skin
feeling this way should be a sin

Drops of rain echo my heart beat
Then caressing towards my feet
The golden silence ring loud in my ears
Erasing all of my fears

To be such a long time gone
Needing to return home
All the while searching for my goal
To find the other half of my soul

You,the one with my life I want to share.
You, My Teddybear.
You , the one I want next to me, bare.
You,with the long blonde hair.
You, the one who tells me, "I care ".
You, the one for me , who is always there.
You, the one I want to go with everywhere.
You and me a special pair.
