She Looks A Lot Like You

I fell in love with a girl she looks a lot like you
But I'll never tell her no I'll never tell her
She looks a lot like you

I sing to a girl she looks a lot like you
But I don't think I sound quiet as good
Even though she looks a lot like you

There's so much I could say about her
Her hair is adorable and her eyes are oh so blue
And those are words I never got a chance to say to you

I kiss a girl she looks a lot like you
And when we're apart I miss a girl
Who looks a lot like you

Progress

I've been floating in my own gloom
for much too long--
drifting along with the tides of my mind
with no heading,
always dreading what will soon become of my life
if I don't change.
It's so strange how one thought could lift my gaze
up from the ground
to look around at this beautiful world
that I live in.
I have forgiven myself for everything I've let slip
through my fingers.
All that lingers in my mind is hope
others will too.
I must do what is best for myself,
or no one will.

soft place

Deeply it’s genetic, of all not knowing the bite taken out while you slept in your dark furspot, my same dark furspot a cradle ago, a rub rub in a hot drum. But for you it was curled, busted iron and smoke like breath.
You’ve always been jealous and the things we laugh at are never the same, parachute pants and botched surgery, things at garage sales made out of hair. Barring what we promised in the dark of winter when the electricity flew south, there’s hardly a strand left to tie us back, nothing
that hasn’t been sold for bullets or sugar. Your face filtered narrow before sunset and I can no longer lift you into the grocery cart, you’re all edges without contours; I feel around above and beneath you for the
soft place.

"SUCCUBUS" 2/2/2011

DEMON... I SEE YOUR SHADOW APPEAR RIGHT BEFORE MY EYES.
THROUGH EVIL... FROM THE PIT YOU'VE COME TO POSSESS MY FLESH TONIGHT.
THOSE SCREAMS... FROM THE BEINGS IN PAIN AND WITH THE CHAOS THAT DWELLS IN THE MIND.
WITH DEATH... IT'S TIME TO DIE AS YOU ASCEND FROM BENEATH THE BURNING LIGHT...

SPRED YOUR C**T WIDE DEMON WH*RE.
AND POSSESS MY SOUL IN THE NIGHT.
COME TO ME AND TASTE MY C**K.
LET YOUR EVIL BECOME MY GUIDE...

DWELLING IN SIN, COMETH UNTO THEE.
OH, SUCCUBUS, THOU ART THY ETERNITY.
DWELLING IN SIN, COMETH UNTO THEE.
OH, SUCCUBUS, THOU ART THINES DESTINY...

THE HATRED... BEGATS THE RAGE THAT CONSUMES YOUR EVERY THOUGHT.
POSSESSION... OBSESSIONS FOR EVIL DANCES FOR THE HOLOCAUST.
F**KED... WITH ALL OF YOUR LUST, YOU DWELL DEEP IN SIN.
THIS NIGHTMARE... CORRUPTS THE LIGHT AND THE DEMON AWAKENS WITHIN...

YOU ARE THE MASTER, I AM YOUR SLAVE.
I FEED YOUR WILL, FOR I AM YOUR PREY.
THE FIRE INSIDE YOU BURNS MY SOUL.
AND THE DARKNESS WITHIN COMES INTO PLAY...

DWELLING IN SIN, COMETH UNTO THEE.
OH, SUCCUBUS, THOU ART THY ETERNITY.
DWELLING IN SIN, COMETH UNTO THEE.
OH, SUCCUBUS, THOU AWAITS WITHIN THY DREAMS...

PASSIONS ARE SWEET.
BASKING IN THIS ECSTASY.
THE FLESH IS WEAK.
YOU TAINT THE BLOOD OF ETERNITY...

THE DIRT AND THE FILTH...
THE EVIL TAKES ME WHOLE...
AS I CONFRONT THIS EVIL,
THE DARKNESS BURNS SO COLD...

THE SPIRITS... ARE FLYING SO FREE FROM AN ETERNITY THAT NOW BLEEDS.
BLACKNESS... CONSUMES THE SOUL AND IN AGONY WE WILL SCREAM.
THE SHADOWS... LURK WITHIN, FILLING THE VOID WITH DEATH AND SIN.
THE CHAOS... FROM A PLACE BEYOND THE CRIMSONED DEPTHS YOU BRING...

YOUR FLESH IS WARM, I TASTE YOUR DEPTHS.
WITH WINGS ON YOUR BACK AND HORNS ON YOUR HEAD.
CARESSES OF PLEASURE, ECSTASY SEEKS.
YOU STAIN MY SOUL, YOU TAKE MY SEED...

DWELLING IN SIN, COMETH UNTO THEE.
OH, SUCCUBUS, THOU ART THY ETERNITY.
DWELLING IN SIN, COMETH UNTO THEE.
OH, SUCCUBUS, THOU ART THINES REALITY.......

Death

The thought of death grips my heart, my feet go weak.I wonder where ? when? and how will i go?
how old will i be?
what would i have achieved?
will anyone remember me?
what is beyond the grave?
Somehow the thought of falling into a deep sleep or being wiped off the face of the earth does not feel very comforting.Just the thought of it numbs the depth of me.They say live life to the fullest but how can i when death lurks in every corner, every risk, every hope, every light, every darkness.

Truth v Lies. (Yankee Challenge)

We see the lies in smoke filled skies
That fall down on Ukrain,
In frightened youth we see the truth,
They're tears are molten pain.

How deep the lies in Soviet eyes,
They know not truth or peace
For power and greed they pay no heed,
To cries of war to cease,

But in that zone they're not alone,
We've seen it all before,
The Nazies and the Serbs still have,
A lot to answer for.

How many more must die in war,
And rot in unmarked mud,
Before the warlords realise,
The cost is paid in blood.

As Shakespeare said from his death bed,
"To thine own self be true,"
You won't be false to any man,
Nor they be false to you."

Tea for Two

What beating
Solace
To care for grasping souls

Watching Sunsets
moving through the universe

Tipping a moment
To cry

Screaming among-st the soul
Battered sad forgiveness

Leaving a wilted scene

Yet
rest and rise the flowers
of sudden season
to remember

The smell of nighttime gifts
the sound of daytime riffs

Cryptic words
No longer swell

A life of one
creates
The toast spread in the morning

Tea for Two?

Honey gates open
Pass the teapot
please

The Wedding

So full of joy
We've just been married
And off on honeymoon
Come that night
I was fair panting
To take my lovely Sue

To bedroom off we went
To consummate our love
Watched my lovely Sue
Getting ready for bed

First came off eyelashes
Followed by her breasts
Teeth on dressing table
Next to blonde hair
Left eyeball sat there
Staring up at me
She took off left leg
I near fainted away
Then her right hand
Replaced with a hook

It was then I realised
Mistake I think I made
Ran like the devil
My bride left behind

After me she ran
Like a demon possessed
With a clitter clatter
Of her false wooden leg

So I warn you one
And I warn you all
Before her you wed
Best take her to bed
