Rejuvenation

I breathe in and out with excited anticipation,
yet another beautiful day out there calls to me.
the cool wind blowing slightly, carressing my face and my fears,
nurturing my every thought and taking me into it's embrace.
I focus on what's ahead as I dwell on what's behind.
To almost everything else in the world I am blind.
Sometimes I think of nothing, sometimes many things.
As I do so the wind and nature sings to me it's beautiful melody.
I value it's beauty and serenity and the calmness I feel when its near.
I enjoy the adventure each time as it clears my thoughts away,
leaving me feeling refreshed and clear of mind.
As these muscles ache and my skin feels cool and damp,
the wind blows and it feels like ice against my skin.
It's a cold I rejoice in and feel wonderful in.
And suddenly I can't wait to go walk again.

RAIN

Rain drops keep falling on me
Just when I thought there was nothing more to see
Memories have taken over me
You and I playing in the rain
Never refrained from kissing
Always missing our train
You chasing after me
Me chasing after you
Splashing in the rain
While being with you
Everything always felt right
Then one night you were gone
Where did you go
I asked myself for several years
Now rain drops are only tears
Were you real or just a sweet dream

mirror unto me

There is a mirror in which I can see myself
Unlike many others mine is on a shelf
Jagged scars mar the surface
brittle underneath
rough around the edges not a hint of glam
a mirror to the world I have lived
it is rarely used
locked away from prying eyes
from me
it will hide the darkest of fears
it will hide the core of a life
a mirror into my soul
jagged
scarred
hidden

A Man in Mind, a Child at Heart

I can Be a Man
can be a Boy too
I can Make a Laugh
Maybe, just for You

I have made Tears
I can make Love Too
not many Fears
But, just to You

When Love appears
I think We will know
thru Lasting years
It Never Lets Go

A Man in Mind,
A Child at Heart
Happy New Year to All
Is How I'll Start..

So is it You
I long to find
dont be Blue
Just True and Kind

Closer is better
to spend more time
not just letters
thats hard to find

Patients i find
and time stands still
I keep in mind
My time spent well

Dont be too Shy
and let it get by
I will know it
By That look in Your Eyes

The windows to Your Soul
It cannot Lie
a child cant see
But Only an Adult

Happy New Year to All
And to All and to All a Goodnight!

I'll Say Goodbye

I'll say goodbye and be on my way
For I've some place to go
And sadly I know
This is where you always must stay

I'm but a drifter and time with take me farther
Than where this trail will lead me today
I've some place to go and sadly I know
I'll say goodbye and be on my way

And memories will hold your youth
Where your hair will never turn grey
And my heart will hold the proof
That love will never fade away

May God bless you and keep you in his care
Like an angel he has made
And though there could be much more to share
I'll say goodbye and be on my way

The Monarch of the Glen

the monarch of the glen he stands
his mighty antlers defiant raised above his head
his pearcing black eyes looking striaght a head
his magnificent dark brown fur gleeming in the sun

his large black nose smells the air looking
listening for the minor rustle of noise or breath of human smell
looking over his domain that monarch of the glen
his female deers all in toe follow where ever he go

the glint of the sun on his antlers shining bright as he stand in the
day light the freshness of the country air the heat of the midday sun
gently standing sometimes sitting on the ground resting in the miday sun
chewing on the green lush grass munching having fun his do not disturb sign on his door hes haveing fun

in the back ground the dark green thick trees there they can run and hide from the humans they stare watching listening glaring he watches and waits
protecting his females he watches and waits
for signs of human presence and off he goes in to the woods they all go out of sight
now hidden out of sight

the clumsy novice

a young novice was very clumsy..all what he undertook, turned into desaster..ashamed and unhappy,he went to master oshiba and said:
respected master,Iam so awkward in domestic life and during zazen,
I have the feeling to be like a poor monkey!-
-well..replied master oshima, from now make the things on the worse
way you can..if you let fall the statue of buddah on the floor laugh about that!-if you cook some horrible sticky rice,be proud about that!
the young novice was really surprised, but follows the instructions.
some days later, radiant with happiness he came to master oshiba and said:
-honorable master, its fantastic,I was so clever in my tasks and
during zazen I felt like buddah amitataba!
-well..retorted master oshiba:
-now make simply your duty without any unopportune questions
about good, evil and consequences of your acts,
make of each instant a new profitable incarnation and you will acquire
a knowledge of the ephemeral..

It jus' ain't no use, all my tireless efforts,
Everything I do to maintain cool is never,
Ever gon' work, might as well jus' quit,
Cuz truth is, I love her more than myself,
And I don't give a damn 'bout nuttin' else.

I Love You

I love you more than I can say,
but know my heart is your heart.
Know I'll want you until the
flowers are no more.
Until the mountains don't have
their majestic beauty.
Until the sun doesn't rise in His presence.
Being together means we are as one.
Being with you means my
days are bright and filled with
laughter; love; goodness and bliss.
I thank you from the bottom of my heart
for being the special way you are.
