Anna loves her Jesus

She walks on air
eyes without despair
in her smile i know
there her heart goes

She's full of light
a shining delight
within her
lives the words...

Of her Jesus
Christ stuck in delusion
i know not love...
like she does

Oh Anna
loves her Jesus
Oh Anna
loves her Jesus!

Sharks

I'm just a shark
Yes, I'm only a shark
And I'm swimming here in the Pacific
Well it's a long time since I ate a swimmer
The sun's going down and it's gettin really dimmer
I know I'll be in a bowl of shark fin soup someday
Oh, I know it's just a lark
But today I am still just a shark
-It sure must be hard being a shark
Well I'm one of the lucky ones
Even though shark fin soup consumption in China has fallen 80%
It's gaining popularity in countries like Thailand, Vietnam, and Indonesia
And it's still really popular in Hong Kong and Taiwan
-Oh No!
Oh Yeah!
Oh I know it's a lark
But today I am still just a shark
"I caught you shark, now you're a bowl of soup!"
OH NO!!

About this poem:
Going to The Meg tonight again. This is a parody of I'm Just A Bill from School House Rock I used to watch in the 70's and 80's. I love sharks, though I am afraid of them.

Rain

Rain! Rain! Go Away! Come again some other day.
Rain Rain you're here to stay
Washing all our stuff away
A car here a house there
We don't think it's very fair
Rain Rain go away
I really want to play
Golf course is soaked and wet
It will be damp tomarrow I bet
Rain Rain went away
Now I can go out and play
Eat some fried cheese curds and kettle corn too
Saturday I will see a parade with you

Wings of an Angel

A gentle breeze brushed thru' my hair, A mystic touch from I know not where
The soft sweet scent of flowers in the air, borne on the wings of an angel
Soft beams of light through morning clouds bring warmth and hope thru' the wakening hours
Soft whispers blow through the leaves in the trees, she's near
That Angel of mine taking flight with my fear.

The deep of the night often unkind, plays games with emotions the route of my mind
My silent soul calls for a positive sign, be here soon on your Wings of an Angel
The hours do not matter the days aimless too, only worry of losing all that's come true
My long lonely journey may be ending please soon, put my fate in the care of this Angel.
A beautiful being but she only knows, was sent from somewhere I wonder who chose
This special lady holds a key to my door, she unlocks my heart with the kiss of an Angel
I've had doom and despair bring me to my knees, but I write this song with nothing to grieve
My heart it is lifting can I this time believe, she's the one with the love of an Angel.

She floats through my life like a mist from the sea, her soft sweet smile stays always with me
The love in her eyes reserved just for me, I'll always stay neath the Wings of this Angel.

About this poem:
I wrote this poem in my bedroom at a private French Chateau in central France in December 1999. It was a very difficult period in my life emotionally with someone special floating in and out of my life at will.

The writing of this poem was cathartic and helped me overcome the emotional roller coaster which was playing havoc with my working life at the Chateau at the time.

IF I WAS A TREE

If I was a tree,
I'd stand mighty and tall,
I would turn brilliant colors,
In the cool chill of Fall,

I would always reach out,
Drawing strength from God's Earth,
Adding one ring upon another,
From the year of my birth,

My foliage in full bloom,
Would shade you from the burn,
My intricately woven branches,
Protect you when rains return,

If I could but speak,
Rings of tales I could tell,
About the many dreams of mankind,
Pennies tossed in Life's wishing well.

You Don't even know

Many times I do not understand, because suddenly everything becomes so complicated. What happen? What happens to me when I am by your side?
Because reason dislocates my logic in which I lose the notion of time and I do not find a return.
Many times I'm speechless in front of what I know, that's how I invent this space that I do not think deserves
It's just not living, it's just not existing.
If I go to the letters it is in favor of my muses admiring you in the illusion of a story in which you star, because to think you cry, you call them infinite. Only part of this my war although pretend that you do not know. Do not try to run away when many times even if you shut up just simulating your smile calms my ills.
And maybe I'll get you to understand what happens?
When in the consciousness of your heart are deliberately sculpted the feeling that moved God to enjoy his creation.
I know that you do not ignore what my innate soul but I do not know what stops those that your desires invite.
I am here, right in the direction of your truth and I do not know that if I play your version, I only intend to show you that even being humble in human condition I can give you love and loyalty.

Do You Know Me

Do you know me
Do you know who I am
Could you love me
If you tried I know you can
If I held your hand ,would you walk with me
If I were your man

Do you see me
Do you see me as I am
If you could read my mind
Would you try to understand
What I feel inside id often hard to say
I try to find the words, there's only one way to say
I love you

I hold out my hand, help me thru the night
I give you my heart, let me know that it's right
I send you my love, let me know that you love me too

If there was music in the air, would you dance with me
Could I hold you in my arms, hold you close to me
Whisper sweet nothings in your ear
It means so much to me to have you so near
I love you, I do

I write lyrics and put them to music, using my guitar. I imagine what I would say to a woman
I'm infatuated with, yet do not know.

Zombie Girfriend

She got bit yesterday
For a day it was ok
She washed it up and put on a Hello Kitty band aid
But I wish she would have gotten a doctor and paid
Because sometimes you need to spend some cold hard cash
Or you will slowly turn to ash
As she is doing right now
She smells real bad, worse than a sick cow
Her pink skin is blue and deep red now
As she is rotting like all dead things do
While mother nature slowly turns them to goo
I love her lots
But her body still rots
I will stay with her till the end
Will she bite me, I wonder not if but when
I miss her tender love
But with her condition I wouldn't touch her with a glove!

Lion Gold

A shiny sunset ray ran through the pupils of a young lion. The savannah moaned in the comfort of a herd of gazelles that crossed the view of the beast. The lion trembled in anticipation of a clumsy clatter to lag behind the hubbub. The heat stretched and hid the horizon. A flock of dark black wings fluttered through the depths of a tired sky.
The young lion trailed the flank, and in hot blood smeared the grass in his wake. There was a rumble, a spark ringing whizzed, a white silence embraced all the living creatures. The vault of heaven became black, the sun was not as before, and gentle ash, the smell of death, and the revenge of God, were set in all around.
Day was breaking, a sunray approached stealthily on the dark horizon, and stood behind a heavy mist. From the impenetrable darkness was rising a rumble of a mechanical monster, spreading poisonous stench. The flashed eye of the machine flew over the savannah; the air roared wildly, all living creatures were gone.
Today all is quiet, the lake behind the hill does not remember the slice of the morning's breeze.
It is quiet, the sun, lonely, keeps the last memory. The sky gray, smiling in curvy clouds - swoons.
Nuclear God brightened everything, but pardoned the nucleus of Earth, in farewell.

Pony tale

White pony, crossed the river
its legs, were covered darkish red
the water draws in blood and mud
the sky was turning black.

Today is day remarked by law
the village made voice threat
a bastard boy been caught to steal
a piece of onion and bread.

The crowd were clapped big fat eyes
a sound of smiling death
pronounced the sentence, the mute bastard
on knees, was looking sad.

Hooked the gallows, hundreds of souls
were dancing in crazy mad.
White pony crosses the fields, while
cold wind embraces in roaring wept.
