Moving...

Moving
Again!
No good clinging
To love that's winging
It's way to pastures new
No use being being blue
Pack again!
Fell for his charms anew
For what?
I must be crazy
Know what?
I'm done...!

About this poem:
I went back to him again. How could I be that silly?
Finally the love I had for him is gone. Since July 2019 I've moved 20 + times! Back and forth to him.
I've learnt a lot, that's always a bonus...
At last I've come to my senses...and I've forgiven him and myself, thank God...??

<——As is as is——>

Always as movements in the grass. timing is like a shot gun. Shoot reload shoot reload,
enemy’s everywhere I use the sky to calm the air,
destination unknown cities outgrown death circles like vultures in the sky, looking for a feed to set the atmosphere. Everywhere as I walk through the valley of death I become the valley and the sea,
COVID patients in search of an excuse to belong this is so wrong, immunity was once grown let it be known,
survival is constant invent to defend destroy such a ploy,
playing with something unknown,
is such that it all has grace to save face,
underground is where we’ll be hiding from the sea.
Yet cherishing it all to begin with nothing but lies in disguise destroy rebuild disguise rebuild history in a hat a magician without the cat,
a fool looking up so it is as such it’s all or bust,
never ending tales of Turmoil,
restructure reinvent just vent,
armies circling around land mines in standing ground halt halt halt,
revolt revolt revolt,
Destinations of existence of a life once worn upon the sleeve now it’s nothing but thieves,
graveyards full,
plagues upon plagues, fighting for who don’t know why don’t know when it storms again. Situation disarmed the people rest just to begin another test,
the future is unkind everyone goes blind into the darkest of nights we deploy our battlefield is ready our minds are steady rest rest rest as much as i can say agent orange in the air masks on,
rebuild restructure reinvent,
constant torment another day begins walking through tunnels already made situations cannot leave it’s partly the grief let us go again shoot kill destroy it’s all or nothing winner takes all no room for thoughtful doom is this my room shrouded in mystery,
calm be still someone walks through time stands still.
Rebuild restructure reinvent,
rebuild restructure reinvent. Gold mines calling time grows short off the lights go set the scheme for another dream……. (3:16). S.A.D

Respect you? Respect me, too.

Give respect, where respect is due.
And honour me, as I honour you.
Don’t love me, yet publicly shame me;
Don’t make me feel less than I am.
I shouldn’t have to say these words,
But maybe your love’s a sham.

I’m sorry if what I did ‘hurt’ you,
I never meant to at all.
Unintentionally, I may have offended,
But don’t rebuke me with such gall.
The ego is what feels the bruises;
No real pain was evident.
I love you though I am imperfect,
So to hurt you was not my intent.

Give respect, where respect is due.
And honour me, as I honour you.
The depth of our love will be the clue,
If you love me as I love you.

To show some LOVE

It’s February 14th, again.
The day is filled with news of doom,
Of stormy shores, of wars, of pain,
Of many sorrows. So much gloom.

It’s Valentine’s day, again…
But where is the love?
What could roses and chocolates do
To end the river between us two?
To end the wars and mend the world?

And yet, each year it comes again.
Urging, reminding us, that we should show
Our cherished friends, family, lovers and such, that,
Though they aren’t perfect, we love them so much.
Regardless of the state of the world…and of us, for that matter.
Would you be my Valentine, though I’m not perfect either?

Corn

The corn is growing around my suburb
giant green shoots have come up over 4 or 5 months
its miraculous how it does that
soon we will get to eat some, steamed with butter and pepper
oh that will be delicious

Ode to corn

It took a 100 days
for a field of maize
to prosper in the sun
I'll be there
with a glass of beer
when all is said and done
to eat the seed
a worthy feed
a treat no need to shun
forget the job
and grab a cob
the fun has just begun

Hold up

What’s the holdup? What’s taking so long?
I don’t have all day you know.
Let’s get this done whilst I’m still young,
‘Cause I‘ve got places to go.

Holdup! Wait a minute! What d’you think you’re doing?
That ain’t what I came here for.
What you’re suggesting is wishful thinking,
So I’ll see myself out the door.

This a holdup! Give me all you got.
Don’t bother to scream or run.
I’ve seen what you got, and you’ve got a lot.
I’m just helping myself to some.

Fool me

Sharp dresser, slick talker;
Looking like a ‘girls-dem-suga’.
Fool me with your sexy ways,
Spin me til I’m in a daze.

Take my money, spend your own.
Make me hunger, make me moan.
Use your charms to murder me;
Fool me with dishonesty.

Have no mercy, feel no way.
Send me home at the break of day.
Chase me, but know that I’ll be back.
Fool me, because I wisdom lack.

MY IMPERFECTIONS

Are they many, are they few?
Should I make them known to you?
Would you care, if I did share
The things that make me imperfect;
The flaws I’d prefer to keep secret.

Some are what make me, be me;
That make me think the way I do.
That cause me to do the things I do,
And seem different from someone who
Also has flaws... as I’m sure you do.

Are you willing to accept my imperfections,
Or are they too many for you to care?
I don’t want to hide any longer.
But, regardless of my good intentions,
They may always affect the way I appear.

Who do you love

There's a moon abandoned in the eastern sky
down in the meadow they're drinking rye
strangers deep in a foreign land
shelter now in the shifting sand

The juju man carries sticks and stones
the women hum in murderous tones
I saw the one eyed man with purple gaze
call the wind to rise at the end of days

Who do you love
I said who do you love
Who do you love

The sun sank deep in the western sky
the boats upon the water ply
worry not this station's manned
singing songs of an ancient band

The mystic casts his tiny runes
in the caverns of the mighty dunes
you have to pray for pleasant days
time and time it slips aways

Who do you love
I said who do you love
Who do you love

Game Of Death

A game of death - Hey, I am good for!,
Just tell me where to play?,
Well, I finally got my invite!,
On a cold winter day, -
In my mind demons were warring,
Has my Angel, she started to lose feathers from her wings,
Begging me to hold on!,
"This is not ah, The DiggableHippy's thing!" --

So, I sold my soul that night,
Just so, I could go ahead and die,
The deal was fairly simple,
I won't have to live another life, -
The figures in the shadows,
I saw, one of them smile!,
I could hear the wind outside my head,
Blowing a thousand miles! --

Game of death (x2)

I looked down at my body,
After a convulsive rage,
I saw a light outside my door,
That slammed in my face!, -
At this point nothing happened,
Just felt a little cold,
Until I suddenly realized,
My soul had turn to stone!, --

My Angel that warned me,
Was looking into my eyes,
She said, "I can simply free you!",
"But you know there is a price?!", -
"A Game of Death you wanted",
"Your soul is up for grabs!",
"If you want your freedom?",
"Serve me a fallen Angels head!?", --

Game of death (x2)

I found myself alone,
Walking a crooked path,
A shadow flew above me!,
Then I heard a wicked laugh!, -
Shades of light grew darker,
Until I could barely see!,
But I knew if it could make a sound....,
It could surely bleed, --

The shadow withdrew it's sword,
That slashed into my head!,
But that cut was into a side of me,
That has long been dead!, -
Well, I picked up the shadow's blade,
Before it could be retrieved!,
I struck one hard blow!,
That brought it to it's knees!, --

Game of death (x2)

From the darkness before me,
I was blinded from the light,
Just to see a burning Angel,
Dancing with delight!, -
"Which one was your enemy?",
"You just couldn't tell?",
"And with the head of the Angel losing her wings from above!",
"You have a special place in Hell! lol" , --

Before I could say anything!,
Electric shock brought me back to life,
From the f*cking rescue team,
That responded from my ex-wife, -
In pain, here I go again!,
Never shall I rest!,
Has I wait patiently,
For another Game Of Death!, --

Game of death (x2)
