Being woke is a term used by Black Americans...I think the meaning of what you perceive as "woke" is different... Woke is an adjective derived from African-American Vernacular English (AAVE) meaning "alert to racial prejudice and discrimination". What is wrong with drinking beer and being gay or have a different idea of (gender) identity...and by the way...feminism is not a four letter word...
Note how the female version of Doxie ( Life) says dear after addressing women...a misogynist touch don't you think... and quite strange for a young looking gal ( picture of) to refer to other women as dear...you cannot hide the writing style...it takes smarts...lol...
Hawks, coyotes, raccoons, sea gulls, sea lions, woodpeckers, owls, bald eagles, osprey...lots of critters...bears are higher up in the timber line areas...including whiskey jacks and stellar's jay...including lynx, grizzlies, marmots and many others...
Pretty shocking that she accepted a date from you considering she was already attached...I think the ball was in her court to state that she just wanted to hang out...giving you a huge hint...
Some people like the attention (the flowers and chocolates) while not being totally honest about their situation...but I am quite sure you are glad you did not endure any more drama...imagine her boyfriend if he knew......
My boyfriend (for lack of a better word) was upfront and honest with me...not from Canada (on vacation) and had to go back to New Zealand in a few months...he was hesitant if we should begin anything serious because of it...that being said...I went to NZ for a year to stay with him on his request...and the rest is history...I liked his honesty and hesitation...who knew we enjoyed each others' company that much...the relationship lasted for 13 years...
Apart from the rolling man responses including one barfing man...the OP seems uninterested in what others think...
Hey, if it doesn't take all day...go ahead...enlighten us all...
In regards to the OP's complaint...coffee and a chat would solve the issue...if she was after his money...she would say no...or give him a few rolling men...
I disagree...Cups...sometimes it is a blessing not to talk too much as it can be a bit intimidating...first date jitters. However, that was just an example of a relatively inexpensive date if the man is paying...and if you do not like what you see...say goodbye...consider it a blessing...yes it is dark in the theater but it is a public place...safety is a concern for some...
I doubt older individuals are looking for a rich date...I think most would want someone who is similar in status whether it be financial, social or education...
I do not have a lot of baggage...but I do like an exit strategy...
RE: Where have all the good woman gone???????
