I think some mental health issues maybe the cause of his violent outburst...but Reena is not alive...and most people have no problem turning their backs on him...but I would stop short of harming him or preventing good medical care and supplies...

The other reason for such disgust...he was a hero to his country...now an embarrassment to his country...

Unfortunately...most systems are not ideal and do not solve mental health problems...nor addiction issues that often plague the mentally ill...helping people is not a dirty word...simply ignoring the problem the problem grows...get rid of the drug dealers...time for the government to look at how other countries are being creative in finding solutions...first step...
