I am so tired of watching and worrying about covid. Colds and flu at least we get a break in summer. This crap just keeps going on and on. Now we have the economy crying to open, people get cabin fever and all the careless people spreading it. Young people who don't care if they get it, nothing will stop them from partying. Is that all young think about these days? Social responsibility has flown out the window. Selfish rules. My poor boarder is restricted when home. Stay out of my way. Wear a mask. Talk to me from the other room. I don't go to town. No stores. Order on the net and won't get stuff because they tack on higher prices or shipping. No car shows, cosplays, flea markets, rendezvous, resale shopping. Even my guy curtails his visits. He may have it, I may have it..neither of us wants it. Masks are curtailing freedom. Yeah... then why do you wear clothes, have a drivers license, wear seat belts, stand in line? If everyone would just wear masks, stay home and distance for two weeks, we could cut the cases climbing. Then we ALL could get our life back. But, you go party, I can just sit home alone. Have fun.

There should be an accountability and the Republican party no longer is that party. Everyone of those Republican Senators should be voted out as soon as they are up for election if they cannot stand up for the American people after what we have gone through with Trump. It is time to Dump Trump, and everyone of these coward Republican Senators who voted to not impeach him. It is time to make a house cleaning this November. Let's do it!

Trump got a surprise with a little over 6,000 people showing. A sell out huh! Masks were not worn, social distancing was not taking place, and with the numbers climbing in Tulsa was it logical to have this Rally?
It seems people are too relaxed wanting to go back to their old ways. Our numbers are climbing as masks are not being used, people are visiting and not distancing, going into places with coughing and sneezing going on.
Watching visitors at the Lake of The Ozarks swimming and not practicing social distancing. Watch out numbers for Corona Virus hike. This means because of other people not practicing this we might get shut down again.
It is strange the way people vote but hope a lesson has been learned about these do nothing Republican Senators, except for a couple. Vote every Republican out that will side with Trump. Twenty two seats up for election and they need to go.
The biggest threat to our Country is the President in that White House who cannot do his job. This virus was the last straw as he knew about this in November and did nothing. March gets here and we have an epidemic. Too many issues with Republican Presidents and Republicans in general not doing their jobs.
I guess it depends on your age group and where you lived. I found it is always hard to make lasting friends even years ago. Cell phones are a nuisance sometimes but visiting is still the in thing for alot of people with phones turned off.
There is a lot of fakeness on the dating sites for sure but haven't we had that in real live also as long as I can remember. On blind dates years ago even if we did not like the person we stayed the whole evening, but luckily we would turn down another date. The night was so boring as some males did believe, even back then, that talking was out of the question so we watched the movie in silence and not a word all the way home except to his buddy driving. Then goodby! Then the next one was just as bad with no talking. Decided they weren't for me after a few of those!
Letter writing is still ok as some older folks won't change even if they have a Cellphone.

We can take walks in Mo where I live but I wear my mask in stores. This is a huge issue and not one taken lightly like Trump did when he knew about it. Sweeping this under the rug for months was his mistake and no one elses. We cannot safely send our children and feel comfortable even going to the grocery store for a short while until we get a Vaccine. Let's not play this down as look at the statistics!
Republicans are big war people. Glad Obama got along with other people and didn't fire people who knew more than him and never once heard him brag about all his accomplishments as the people knew what a smart wonderful President he was.
Obama already has a Legacy as one of the best Presidents with no drama in that White House and won the Nobel Peace Prize. Obama went in with a disaster created by another Republican with no leadership ability and did a great job in comparison to what is leaving that White House. Our one term President has created more drama then should be allowed.

Knowing about this Pandemic for months and not taking steps until it was a crisis, making sure the 1 per cent have more money in their pockets, and him firing people smarter than himself and not listening to Scientists who are smarter than himself. This goes on and on and right now Trump does not have a chance to get reelected as people have seen what happens when a Republican gets into office and screws up the economy. Vote him out and get someone elected we all feel safe with running this country! The evidence is there so open your eyes everyone as four more years of this and we are doomed!
I am in empathy with homelessness but we have able bodied people in this town asking for money who are in their 20's and 30's even before the pandemic started who would ask for money every day. I am confused why anyone would choose that type of life. It is one who chooses not to by some irresponsible husband leaving his wife and kids and they becoming homeless as a result than one who drinks and drugs and goes out and lives on the streets in desperation.
I have talked with homeless people who are asking for money and have only heard a few stories that sound real. Many want money to drug and drink and don't want to contribute to that cause. A few say their car is broken down with no car in site yet they have children. What? Some want money for a motel room but I can't give them $100 yet never checked if any of the Shelters have openings. I do understand that being on the streets does cause mental illness so maybe this is what I am seeing and that needs addressing by referrals as it is obvious these people have lost their way.
It seems that if things don't go the way he wants it they disapear. Doubt their reasons are valid. Had hits over 1000 miles away but all chatting is it as these are not going anywhere. Strange world it seems!
Men have lost power and are misusing it as talked to someone after a few weeks expected me to be smitten with him as he wanted to know how what he said got me as meant his come on. I told him I had had a hard day and he replied that he wanted an answer to his question. I told him I would give it to him later as had to leave the house. I was not impressed with a question like that and felt put on the spot. Knew he was talking to two widowed ladies and comparing notes also which I thought was not appropriate to meantion it if he was really interested in me. To make a long story short, I tried to contact him but guess he did what I thought as never heard after a while contemplating whether to try again or not. We never met and doubt I missed anything as felt if he is that sensitive why bother.
