Simply put, I have a tall order in a partner. Its not looks and its not money. Its 100% compatibility. Me and my partner MUST be compatible with each other. I do not want to be with someone that I have to hide aspects of myself from, I know too many people who live like that and they are all miserable, every single one of them. She has to be ok with me the way I am and I have to be ok with her and the way she is, its a two way street. That's why its so hard to find.

"First the flowers, then the chocolates and then the dress!" she exclaimed. "I've never had a more wonderful Groundhog Day in my life!"
I got a past and its not all good. I also try to understand the other side. If you understand why something happened, its less likely you will get mad at it. Lets say that some random person walks up to me, calls me a a**hole, then walks on. I'll say to myself "wtf was that?" I'll be angry for a minute or so then I'll realize that if someone has the mentality to do something like that, they obviously got mental issues going on and they are probably not even in the real world in regards to their perception.
Besides, another way of looking at it. I have done things that have affected other people as well and I'm pretty sure it will happen again. As it is said, let he who is perfect cast the first stone.
People do do things that affect me and I'll have my spat, then I will move on and try not to hold on to it. When you spend your time being judgmental, it becomes who you are and it consumes you. Before you know it, you are miserable because you indulge in a miserable game.
