You never wanted me
form the moment you
knew i was there.
You showed me only
what you wanted me
to see.
You hurt me so deep
the knife could not
go deep enough to
pull out the pain.
Never wanting me.
Only abusing me.
Beating me daily
as if i was the
problem for the
mess up in your
life.
Giving me as a
present to guys
you called boyfriends.
In order to keep
them happy, content.
I was but a child you
robbed that from me.
Yet to this day.
You can not see the
issues you caused.
Putting yourself on
a shelf calling yourself
the greatest mom ever.
Lying to keep out the
dark secrets that
invade my life.
Soothing the darkness
with alcohol for then
you will be great in
your own mind.
Wake up for that is
never to be i am here
telling this.
I am real i exist.
I know the truth
others will know
SOON.

Your words cut me
so DEEP.
Tearing my flesh
from my bones.
Leaving it for the
vultures to devour.
This is how you made
me feel since i can
r. e. m. e. m. b. e. r.
EXPOSED
OPEN
for all the world to
see the torment and
tragedy you caused me.
Trying to pull out of
this with some semblance
of positivity.
Yet there is none for
me to see.
Promising myself never
to be the image of you.
Never to let you change
my life to fit your needs.
Only grow and love like
never before.
Somewhere out there is
happiness for me.
I just need to reach out
for it with both hands
and pull it into me.
I deserve this day of
smiles.
I deserve to be here and
say LORD you have shown
me the way.
I get down on my knees
crying out to HIM our
father saying thank you
for watching out for me.
For without you i could
of never found this
freedom i seek.
This family i ache for.
I could never have turned
into the real me you see
before you now.
Thank you for seeing me
and the person i could be
if i just let her free.

Quiet
as if letting
the air breathe.
Sitting
letting the room
make my
acquaintance.
Slowly breathing
in & out.
Listening
to the wind in the
distance.
Acknowledge
the world
taking a moment to
see what it has to
give.
Goodnight quiet for
the eyes of night
have closed
another day

Warm inviting arms
open wide
unconditional love.
Asking me
How was your day?
My church
My family
reaching out to me
making sure i am ok.
Being uplifted to
my family.
Trying to bring them
to church to show
Christ through
another way.
Sports
Events
Pulling them in.
Thank you
Lord for them.
My christian
brothers & sisters.
A gift from
GOD
THANK YOU.

An empty space
a vacant chair
just waiting there.
Looking into there
i see all the happy
times with thee.
You made me smile.
You made me laugh.
You were full of
such glee for all
the world to see.
The light shown
off you with love
for all to see just
how much everyone
meant to thee.

Snow heavy
pulling
you down.
L.i.f.t
not able.
P.u.s.h
full load.
More coming
down.
Covering
the ground.

Flowers overflow
the pot.
Nice and full
displayed on
the table.
Laying beauty
out there for
all to see.
Nature grows
for all to
E N J O Y .
Flowers of
many colors
fragrant.
Enjoy
take it
all in.
Thanking God
for all he has

Snow drifting
half the road full.
Wind blowing as if
taking your breathe
away.on the road
car pulling to one
side.
Trying
to stay on the road.
Bitter cold
laying on my face
as if icicles are
growing.
covering up
layered so that your
coat barely closes.
Heat inside
freezing outside.
just a few more feet.
One step forward
wind pushing back
until eventually
you are there.

The new year has come
and the old year come
to a close.
What a bang it came
in with.
Did you make gaols
for this year?
Did you make resolutions?
Watch the ball drop.
Enjoy the count down.
This is a new beginning.
A clean slate is set
out in front of you.
Aim for dreams that were
once deeply buried.
May this new year bring
many adventures that will
challenge you this year.

For your little fragile body
is getting weaker by each day.
A smile planted on your face.
A positive attitude.
Let me help get you through
another moment, another day.
You locks of hair are falling
out in patches.
Teeth turning colors from the
poison entering your body.
A poison you must let in to
save your life.
Pain in your joints and bone.
Pain in every move you make.
Pushing through to see
just one more sunset
Teeth falling out.
My hair is all gone, i am
bald my beauty is fading.
I can barely move.
My breathing is labored i
give up my body to you Lord.
It has been a long hard battle.
God is calling me home to be
one of HIS angels.
My life has been a short one.
I am only 9 years old and have
gone through so much.
Thank you for letting me show
my smile to so many people.
Good bye my family and friends.

Here i lay vacant
and aged from the
outside.
No one knows what
i have inside.
Come Come closer so
i can tell you the
secrets i behold.
I have been here
for so long.
I have seen so much
throughout my days.
The stories i could
tell you the things
i have heard.
Look at me do you
see history, age or
just blankness as
you can not look
that deep.

We live day to day.
Yet we ask for forever.
Does forever really come?
Is our life to be an
extension of our
f a n t a s y.
No we must look to see
what God has for
you and me.....
To see when our
eternity will be.
For Christ our
heavenly father is waiting
there for us.
