Well the Democratic Convention is over and to no one's surprise Joe Biden is their candidate for president. What is surprising is Kamala Harris was selected as VP. Given Biden's age Harris could well be sitting the oval office chair and the White Supremacists will resultantly again be marching in the streets, wearing white hoods and Nazi armbands, threatening the nation with civil war.Anyway in just 75 days Trump will be soundly defeated by Covid weary voters. I cry crocodile tears for the CS Trolls.

doesdare2 - Given her background,, I have more faith in Harris in turning things around than Biden. Biden is a middle of road go along to get along kind of politician.
Fargo - your knowledge of archaic expressions continues to surprise me. I agree that there is NO guarantees change will happen. As I see it no one in the US has the political courage to take on the evangelicals and their daughter political group the Alt-Right. Over the course of time they have redefined the 1st amendment of freedom of religion clause into the freedom to discriminate and force turn their narrow minded bible interpretations into restrictive laws.
