Beat eggs [ electric thingy ] w/ pinch of salt & tartar until
Soft peaks form when beater is raised..
At low speed , now beat in extracts
Now sift flour mix the 4th time over the egg mixture
..beat @ lo speed bout 30 seconds
...push batter with spatula logic
Into ungreased 10 inch tube pan
Make it smooth on top ..
Bake @ 350 °F ...35 - 40 minutes
Let cool about 2 hours
