Migraines
Have ya ever suffered a migraine?You'll know if you ever get one.
Your head pounds so hard you think it's going to explode.
You feel sick to your stomach
You can't eat for fear of getting sick.
a cold pack feels good against the eyes, soothing the hurt.
Oh and a dark room with peace and quiet.
Don't forget to take to ASPRIN and call me in the morning. (LOL)
I honestly wouldn't wish them on anyone. The slightest noise the light from the sun just radiates into the head. It was interesting though, I took my pulse rate when I had my migraine and it was at 117 bpm. Thats a speedy pulse. Scared me.
I sometimes think the headaches are caused by the oil refineries. We live within a few miles of one and I think they let off some very dangerous fumes. They won't admit it though, but many times our eyes are burning and we have constant headaches, makes us wonder.

It got so bad i just led down with a cold flannel over my eyes...
Im sure mine are caused by tension.
When i got really head ache, the first step i did is try to sleep. If i cant sleep, i will take a medicine which will make me fall asleep, i will feel a lot better after i woke up.
But I don't want medicine.
