And smittens, you are right, good men and bad men. Good woman and bad woman. I know that is over simplifying it.
To add to 10k, if I may, as to why some men don't take care of their babies,,,simple question, complicated answer, but to sum it up some, selfishness, ignorance, fear, lack of integrity, lack of compassion.
Then the next question is why are some people "that" way and others the "other" way. That answer is very long and with some unknowns.
Just my thoughts.

I don't agree with this statement you've made "It's bloody rude that women get pregnant and expect men to "just" accept it quietly." If a man doesn't want a woman to become pregnant he can take steps to prevent it. If a woman doesn't want to become pregnant she too can take steps to prevent it. The woman shouldn't have to accept the blame. It takes two to Tango.
