how fool am i i dont hear & say no

Really, i cannot accept no from any one , and cannot say no to anyone for anything, as it is said try to learn no.please help me to hear no and say no to anybody, from chilhood i am very emotional, i can say big fool

But you are lost in a past of growing up without a mentor...grin

You would be ideal man for a woman...grin

But woman of today wont someone that's got more than one ball...
Its like they wont someone with confidence...A leader...
They demand a person that will protect them take care of them...
Be there for them,and understand what the need without you needing
encyclopaedia to brake that down...grin cheers hug hug

sometimes in the early childhood of a person, a lack of role model or a father figure causes the child to develop some emptyness and in other cases it causes the urge to please everyone which may stay along time.Be satisfied with yurself and what u have achieved in ur life,dont look for recognition by others but inside your own soul.BE HAPPY!!!!

the word no is sometimes a hard word to say; I have found what makes declining easier is not to use the word no at all. Other words and phrases work very well for me like: I am sorry I can't help you with that, it's not a good time for me, I am not interested in doing that, I don't do that, I wish you would ask someone else etc. Some people will not let up, they want what they want and will continue trying to persuade you into do what they ask; parroting works very well if you stick with it. Parroting works like this,You: "I do not want to help you with that", Them: "why don't you?" You: "I am not interesting in helping", Them: "why can't you?" You: "I do not wish to help"; get the idea? You repeat the same thing over and over in a slightly different way; if you continue they finally give up asking why. You have succeeded in getting your needs met without using the word no. If you must say no, just do the same thing with the word no; I am saying no to that, I choose no etc. We have the right to say NO. I hope that this makes sense and helps you.P.S. you are not a fool; childhood taught many of us rules that are impossible to live by. good luck
