If I can't get a smile,take my business elsewhere
Today, I walk in a Barbershop and the two Monday barbers that I've talked to before, are sitting in their chairs(No Business), the gal acts as if it's a chore to get the chair prepped to cut my hair. She didn't bother to give me "Hi" nor a "smile"... So without thinking, I said to her, "Hey if I can't get at least a smile, I'll go some where where I can"?

If it was a man who didnt smile would you have said the same thing?
You sound grumpy and needed smile badly. But it's not the proper way of soliciting smile from others. I think if you smiled at them in the first place, you are most likely to get a smile back.
