Thoughts

So I am wondering why it is that you start becoming friends and developing relationships on here and then they suddenly disappear? I have met a few people on this site in the chat sessions and it's like okay we're going to become friends and then I'm just going to stop talking to you...what is the point of being on a dating site if you can't hang around and get to know people....that is a bit frustrating. Anyways, I'm sorry I'm not sure how many people will read or comment on this but I feel like everyone has a least one experience with the online thing where some one acts like a friend and once your comfortable with them they bail on yea...what's up with that? I mean I'm not a super model but I am a pretty cool chick! Anyways, will talk to you all later and I hope that all of you are having a good day.

It is frustating I can relate. But think if someone is like that would you really want that person as a friend?

well I think that if you aren't wanting a lasting friendship why even bother introducing yourself in the first place? Why would you try to encourage someone get there hopes up when your not really interested? Makes no sense to me. I am also on another site and spent almost a hour talking to someone on skype and then they want me to flash them...like what the heck I just introduced myself and now you want me to expose myself? What's the matter with people anyways?

I've come to accept that everybody is here for their own reasons. some are more honourable than others.
Like with anything in life, you take from here what is good and right for you, and discard the rest.

I think its a "guy thing"laugh they will go to the ends of the earth for you ....that is unless or until you let on that you actually like them back. THEN they become terrified at the prospect that they may actually be taken seriously and have show some sort of maturity and stability in a REAL relationship --->>>Ouch (they don't like that part)professor so they do the disappearing act and scramgrin wave
