cooking

Since my mum has past away last month, automatically i am the one to cook at home. My nephew (16 y.o) can't cook except instant noodles.

Being honest, i never cook for others. I cook for my self, am not sure with its taste.

Everyday I search through internet for simple cooking recipes. Indonesian meals are quiet difficult. It needs lots of seasoning.

Well, me thinks... practise makes perfect

Like it or not,, he will eat it anyway

Using ready made mixed-ingredients which is available in the store (indofood, ...) although not too bad but if you are able to blend all the spices, that is the most delicious one.
