u know.. I always make sure am dealin with adults before gettin into a rel of any sort ...
Thanks but I think that it has more to do with just being targeted by an employer who may have some sort of obsession with holding power over someone else and then when rejected they can and will make things difficult for you.
I have spoken with two Lawyers regarding my past experiences and loses.
They both said the same thing: It is my word against his (my boss) and guess who they will believe? Especially since my boss was a Doctor and regarded a pillar of the community.

Now I see I had to complain from these people but the time was like that that they were very powerful and I needed to get my diploma...
All my attempts to apply for a promotion and/or a transfer were squashed. At one stage he even called, while I was in an interview, demanding that I return to my post, after giving me leave to go to that interview.
I fulfilled all the requirement for a particular promotion post, including doing the job for the previous 3 years, and when the position was officially available, He told me . . . "Do not bother to apply . . . you were not FORTHCOMING enough"
Those words still echo in my mind, almost 15 years later.
I left soon after, and ever since they have been requesting me to return . . .
For me it was a blessing in disguise, because it provided me with the motivation to get out and the freedom to be selective in the jobs I accept.
I've had male bosses treat me poorly because they were jealous of me. Its one more reason I started my own business. People just can't control their emotions.
