Pork Causes Several Diseases

Consumption of pork causes several diseases:
Eating pork can cause no less than seventy different types of diseases. A person can have various helminthes like roundworm, pinworm, hookworm, etc. One of the most dangerous is Taenia Solium, which is in layman’s terminology called tapeworm. It harbours in the intestine and is very long. Its ova i.e. eggs, enter the blood stream and can reach almost all the organs of the body. If it enters the brain it can cause memory loss. If it enters the heart it can cause heart attack, if it enters the eye it can cause blindness, if it enters the liver it can cause liver damage. It can damage almost all the organs of the body.
Another dangerous helminthes is Trichura Tichurasis. A common misconception about pork is that if it is cooked well, these ova die. In a research project undertaken in America, it was found that out of twenty-four people suffering from Trichura Tichurasis, twenty-two had cooked the pork very well. This indicates that the ova present in the pork do not die under normal cooking temperature.
Consumption of pork is prohibited in Islam:
Regarding Pork forbidden Qur’an says in no less then four different places in Surah Baqarah chapter 2 Verse 173 in Surah Maai dah chapter 5 Verse 3 in Surah An’aam chapter 6 Verse 145 in Surah Nahl chapter 16 Verse 115 forbidden foods are dead meat blood the flesh of swine and any (food) over which the name of other than Allah has been invoked have been prohibited. These four foods dead meat blood the flesh of swine and any name besides Allah’s name is invoked is Prohibited.
Bible gives similar message in the book of Leviticus chapter 17 Verse 15 and Book of Deuteronomy chapter 14 Verse 21 that you shell not have meat of the animal that dies of it salves you shell not have anything that dies of itself that means dead meat is prohibited and today science also tells us that there are several disease that acquire of itself it can be by eating by contact there are various disease if you have dead meat.
The second prohibited thing is blood a similar message is given in the Bible in no less then five different Places Bible prohibits the consumption of blood it is mentioned in the Book of Leviticus chapter 17 Verse 14 in the Book of Deuteronomy chapter 12 Verse 16 in the Book of Geneses chapter 9 Verse 4 in first Samuels chapter 14 Verse 33 in the book of Acts chapter 15 Verse 29 it says that you should not consume blood the third is the flesh of swine and there are various scientific reasons that I gave in my talk on this forbidden foods why you should not have pork there are various disease that you can acquire. In the book of Leviticus chapter 11 Verse 7and 8 it says that the swine thou it divides the hoof and has cloven footed yet it choose not the cud its flesh is unclean for you thou shell not eat its flesh not touch its carcass similar message is given in the book of Deuteronomy chapter 14 Verse 8 the swine thou it divides the hoof yet it chose not the cud thou shell not eat its flesh not touch its carcass. In the Book of Isaiah chapter 65 Verse 2 to 4 and 5 that flesh of swine is prohibited for you to have, any food on which any name besides Allah is invoked similar message is given in the Book of Acts chapter 15 Verse 29 and revelations chapter 2 Verse 14 that you shell not have food that has been given on alters or given to any one besides Almighty God Allah so if you analyze if you follow the commandments of Almighty God Allah abstain from having prohibited food you are doing worship of Almighty God Allah.

Not eating pork can cause starvation... cool wine
Ok, this is starting to become problematic, I gave up beef, I eat fish once a month and now I have to give up one of the few meats left to eat. Nah, as long as you freeze the pork you are fine....wait a moment my pork chops just arrived for dinner...blty
In the days when the bible and the koran were written, there was no scientific development to safeguard us against diseases, pork was a harborer of many diseases it is true. It is different now and pork is safe to eat, in fact the raising of pork is more strictly controlled than any other meat. The koran says do not defile your body, but so many people smoke in the Arab world, smoking is not safe, and they do it...pork is now safe and you wont eat it ?????
Pork is not the only place tapeworm can be contracted from, why dont you tell us about all the other things tapeworm can be contracted from ?
Amir

If this is true............

"Yes. Pork is safe to eat as long as it's cooked to 160F.
Pork needs to reach an internal temperature of 160 degrees F (70 degrees C). While trichinosis, a parasitic illness caused by eating undercooked pork, is very rare, pork should be cooked to at least 144 degrees F (63 degrees C).

It used to be, in the old days, that pork had to be cooked through to as high as 190F. That is no longer true today thanks to the better conditions under which pig farming is conducted.

The FDA continues to recommend cooking food through before consumption - hence the frequent warnings you read in restaurant menus and such. However, you will see that many chefs continue to cook their pork chops until they're medium - and therefore not too tough to the bite. The difference in taste can be dramatic."

I just gave my Bacon to the Dog wow Are the Eggs OK ???confused cheers
@particolor laugh Eggs and bacon you really had some serious breakfast going on there. Seriously, if some people don't know or believed that Pork is not good for human consumption, well then it's up to them to decide to eat it or not, but there is a real reason for not eating it, and no matter how well the pork is raised, it's still harmful. knowledge is power, and our health is in our hands. We decide how we want to live and feel. So, are eggs O.K? Well, I eat them, of course I eat eggs from grass fed chickens, free of hormones, antibiotics and I used them once in a while...Can't complain..Although I am trying hard to stop eating animal products...it's hard...sometimes...
I don't eat pork and it has been for almost 11 years. I quit eating other red meat about 5 years ago. And I did this solely for health purposes - It has nothing to do with religion...
i eat pork all my life and i like it better than beef.........
people in Europe eat a lot of pork and i would say they healthy and there is less obesity there than here. Doctors i would say,
don't like me, they have no business out of me.....
The same was with eggs. For a long time they were saying that eggs are no good for you, I've been eating a lot of eggs, now its changing again and they become good for you again.....hmmmmm.... I guess whatever you believe in - that is!

Amir2,
I have been to several Moslem countries... and I have to admit I saw there a lot of obese and really ill people despite the fact they do not eat any pork. What I miss as for SOME Moslem people...
is " free will of choice " and " freedom of thinking".
Live and Let Live.
good luck
Ironically, it is stated that Muslims CAN eat pork if there is nothing else around to eat....
