It is impolite to not reply to a decent mail or fl

I think that it is rude to not answer some one who sends you a flower or email that is "decent" or sometimes it is complimentary. I answer most mails even if it is to say thanks but i am not interested. If you are here for blogs, forums, games etc.....say it in your profile.

very true.. it doesn't take but a minute to type Thanks but no Thanks.. but keep in mind too, some people may be busy not get to check their mail very often etc... I know I have been without internet most of the last 2 weeks UGH.. But if they don't have the decency to reply, well it's not the type of person you want to be around anyway

I don't see anything wrong with not responding to mail/a flower if you're not interested. People will get the hint and move on. I think it's rude to send a "thanks, but no thanks" reply. That's awfully arrogant and potentially embarrassing to some people.

Never really thought of it that way... Don't know.. to me it's just common courtesy.. like if I'm walking by someone and they ask me how I'm doing.. it's common courtesy to say Fine thank you.. I wouldn't just ignore them.. Kinda feel the same way here. JMHO

I agree it's only common courtesy to reply with a simple Thanks after receiving a message or flower that contain a compliment where it's obvious someone put thought into it. To bad most women don't bother, so I gave up sending them. drinking
