What to do?
Few years ago I had an acquaintance who created many problems and troubles to me. It was very difficult to fight with him.Now this person have a huge troubles and if I want I can help him. But I`m not sure must I help him or not?!
Maybe this man deserve his destiny?!

2. Make sure any family know his predicament.
3. If you wish to help, see if it can be done through a third part so that he knows it does not come from you directly.

must you help him??? no i dont think you do but the choice to help him or not, MUST be decided by only you..
you have the ability to help the man..
you know how he seeks your help, we dont...
you know the consiquencies if you dont and only you know the risks your taking should you help him.

I'm not sure what type of help he needs,
but I agree with Yash, make sure his family
is aware and given the opportunity to help first.
The only thing I fear is that this person will not learn his lesson if I gonna help him!
