what does it take to be a successful leader?
They say how can one be a good leader when the person can't lead his or her own family.What does it take for one to become a good leader both at work and in romance?
I'm a Manager of 5 staffs: 2 gay assistants, 1 gay graphic designer, 1 gal graphic designer and 1 admin gal.
Would love the chance to become closer to them, the thing is am a very independent person and often consumed with my works meanwhile it's come to my concern that I need to know my staffs better to motivate them.
In terms of romance I suppose I need to be less vocal and controling and let the man to be the man he needs to be.

I just learned today that there's a different between being a manager and a leader.
Apparently this coild be a good opportunity for me to step up a notch a move from a manager to a leader.
Indeed, how to inspire other people I suppose will take someone quite charismatic to do so.
