Smitten
Have you ever been smitten by a stranger?One of my fave things to do on weekends when I don't have to work is to go to Starbucks and have a me time (to read books or newspapers or anything on the ipad)
Don't think Starbucks' coffee is the best but apparently their places are cozy and nice to hang compared to other coffee shops, and I've one near my place.
Since I visited the place quite often, I'm smitten by the Barista who apparently remembers me and he's been trying to remember my name. Always nice and try to make a conversation whenever I'm at his cashier counter.
And today he did the same and was asking why it's been awhile that I haven't been there hehehe sweet...

Sorry to wake you up from your dream, but have you thought that he did so because it's part of his job to give excellent service to his customers?
Yes, been there done that and mostly having not so happy endings afterwards
but alas, am afterall smitten, he's just so cute
As for me now, No possibility of getting smitten by someone. All I can see here are sales clerk (non-saudis of course, good looking) but just one see in the eyes and then that's it. We can't even show our face to male here.
There are also good looking Saudi males but again its not proper to show affection. So ladies here, stay tame. But I have heard some suit for breaking some rules.

it's really nice to be able to connect and smile to others, specially here in Jakarta -even we can show our faces to males- people don't really connect with each other.

just a barista that i like and we usually have light conversation whenever i come around his shop
