I was going to make fun of you and blame the stress on the type of music you were listening to, but thought I better listen to some of it first before making that kind of comment. I know how you are feeling. It has been an awful day for me. All week has been pretty bad but today just topped it all off. I don't know if this helps you,but I often feel better after a good cry. hug
