Another eerie stories-Hostel
We used to hear stories about hostels. I mean the scary ones ie ghost, spirit, suicidal students etc.I would like to relate some of the stories I heard about the hostel I was staying during my college time.
Story 1
Many students heard voices at night. I've never heard any during my 3 years stay in the hostel. They said they heard a girl's voice at night. The voice was scary and chilling.
Story 2
One of the students saw her room-mate sitting at the study table. She did not pay much attention to her. It was in the middle of the night and she was on her bed. The moment she turned her head to see whether her room-mate was still at her study table, she was not there but her room's door just opened and there she was her room-mate. She just returned from the bathroom. Who was sitting at the table a while ago?
Story 3
It happened to one of the students I know. She was a hardworking girl. I heard that this girl used to scream in her room and tried to commit suicide. She was like being possessed by something or was that stressed from study.
One night, we were told that this girl was at it again. We rushed to her room and I saw her trying to strangle herself with her pyjamas. On her hand was a blade. A friend of mine tried to calm her but she was slashed(luckily not serious).
Everyone was trying to calm, her down. I stood there dumbfounded, in shock. Never seen such thing in my life. She tried to jump from the balcony. She mumbled something(I've forgotten what she said). Everyone was worried and kept talking to her and calmed her down. Finally they managed to calm her.
Some said she was possessed.
Was she really possessed or due to pressure? Some said she was possessed. But when one is stressed and under pressure, this kind of behaviour happens.

About your third story, there is a medical and mental explanation on that and might accompany psychiatric disorder. That's my opinion. Anyways, ghost or not, we have to give a bit of our time to pray to those soul to have their peace.
That sounds scary and eerie to me. If I were to have experienced that , I think I would faint right there and then.
About my third story, I was in my teen and didn't know the behaviour was due to stress until I started teaching and came across such behaviours in the news.
