what I hate is have haveing a big feed and I'm full , but I'm still hungry and I carnt get any more in as its hurting , but I'm still extreemly hungry ....like I've cut out sugar and salt and milk products

Because I'm working for my future life style , I'm going through big hardship or the hard yards to get what I want ...

and I dont live in a house , just a very small shed , with very little room to move and too much stuff so its very easy for things to get messy
