How can you tell that you're ready for marriage?

Marriage, one word that has a lot of things going on in it. When you marry to someone that means you are ready to deal with his/her bad and good things.

Marriage, in my country, is not only between the bride and the groom. Marriage means, you will have to deal with the whole family (not just the nuclear family, but the extended family too).

Marriage, for me, is about love, commitment, and readiness. Do I love my partner? Does he love me? Will I be able to stick to the commitment that I've made? Will he be able to stick to the commitment that he has made? Am I ready to deal with my partners goods and bads? Am I ready to deal with my partners family?

For the first two things, I think I'll know the answer. But for the last thing, readiness, I don't know how to answer it. Does anyone know?
