how do you stop giving guns to crazy people , who will define whos sain or crazy ? theres plenty of mad crazy people on this site but it dosent mean that they will leave here and go on a killing spree , or do you make sure that anyone who has assult charges on their criminal record is forbiden or anyone with a criminal record forbiden for life from ever getting a gun ,or it you break up from a reationship would you be able to have your ex parteners guns removed

So is it not really that the USA "right to bear arms" is wrong in that a common guy can buy an assault rifle, an automatic machine gun, a high calibre pistol?
Anything can be used as a weapon. A sane guy today can be a madman tomorrow. Or do you just ban all guns including air rifles as they are trying to do in Scotland.
Even then they reckon there are more illegal guns on the street than licensed ones. So any madman, regardless of the law can buy a gun.

everybody knows the solution to the gun problem my friend , but they dont dare to prohibit the sale or possession of guns. any kind of them.
i am pretty sure , police knows all about the illegal weapons and the people who trffic them in a ny country.or at least almost all of them.
i love guns , especially assault rifles , almost the same as my guitars , but the gun makers can be checked , where their production goes . in my opinion controlling guns is political issue above all. one more thing , is teaching kids how dangrous a gun can be. also learn at school the right way of handling weapons , with proffecional instructors , from military or the police force

And the biggest "weapon" in a country without a war is..... a "car"

Cars kill more than guns and there are plenty of lunatics on the road (drunk or sober)

but we are not taking away your knife or sword ,explosives , crossbows , bows and arrows , slingshot or blow guns or black powder guns , poison and plenty of others ways people can kill each other
Taking guns away from law abiding citizens solves nothing. It only makes the criminals ever more powerful because then they are the only ones with guns.
Might even accidentally save the planet while we are at it!
