new planning...
Well just had a phonecall from the hospital.. they have moved the date for the surgery.. Instead of december 27th they wanna do it on november 15th. So next thursday might be the big day.. Not sure how i will get all my paperwork in order, not to mention how i will manage the further supervision on works being done to my house. I still had so many things to organise so the works wouldn't slow down.. but i guess even if they get pushed back a few months it will be worth it. I'll just try and get as many things ready as i can. Now just hope my boss can solve this sudden change in plans to make sure someone is there to replace me.I do have a good feeling about this.. Not allot of time to get nervous now.. I guess it will all be over before i know it.

Good luck to you.
Seriously, just concentrate on your surgery. You need to be in your prime condition to get through it.. Your health is more important and I am sure your boss will understand. So relaax.. it's gonna be alright. Like you said, it will be over before you know it.
Good luck big fella!
You nip & tuck supermodels are all the same
as with all others i wish you success with the upcoming op.
I guess with the date being brought forward less time to panic and worry about it, but a pain in the other way as you now have 9 or so days to organize the other stuff.
Hang in there big fella. (soon to be little fella)
A monk from Tibet once said "do not worry about thing that hasnt happened yet"
And teddy, dont judge..! Just listen to your heart and you will know..
Besides, better to use your time to love your woman than to waste it on judging her intention..
I also have heard that it is a last resort method . I don't think this is true and it might be becoming more commonplace now . You obviously know more about this than I do and I hope you don't mind the questions . I'm just courious about the procedure. . .
btw meet my teddy.. he's called michelangelo..
Michaelangelo is very cute

Oh right.. well if i would try to do it on a natural way with diets and sports I should be able to do it within 2 years time maybe 3 years.. all depending how strict i can hold myself to the very strict diet i would have to follow then. I would have to do allot of sports then.. something that isn't without risk for someone as heavy as me.. I have no problem with normal movements or anything but if i really wanna take up sports i might cause my knees, hips and such to get overloaded and the friction would be allot more then normal and that also could cause permanent damage.. so surgery is the best solution.
Basicly their are 3 kinds of operations.
1 they put a ring around the entrance of the stomach.. this can be a solid ring or one that can be adjustable. These work but only for a short period of time.. This is the less drastric operation.
2 Is one of the oldest ones.. where they cut off a part of the stomach so with reducing that one would be able to eat less and theirfor lose weight. This one obviously can't be reversed. and is the most intense one.
3 is the one i'll have.. i'll show you a picture..
as you can see when i eat the food won't go into my stomach anymore.. the acids that are created in the stomach will be mixed with the food allot later then it normally would. They will also make the small intestine about 2 meters shorter leaving my body less time to take in everything. So theirfor I will need to make sure i eat healthy so i still get enough vitamines and such. The good part of this surgery is that if i would get trouble with it it can still be reversed for the biggest part.. they won't be able to put the 2 meters back but that won't make much difference so it shouldn't bother me if they need to put it all back in place.
anyway i started 3 hrs a day which was wrong i understand now
after few weeks i had a very serious hemmoragie
went to emergency in hospital
now i walk slowly and cycle slowly as i prefer too
the doctor had to do my nose tubes due to the hemmoragy and my eyes are still black circled because of that
twice because of the ice i fell from my bicycle on my head and not lightly very hard
another thing i was doing some voluntary work and did lift without thinking a big stone in someone garden did pull some muscles and another hemmoragy did ensue
i am still alive and surprised at that
lets hope the new year will get better
I have also heard that the stomach will streach over time and come bact to a reasonable size ( still smaller ) . Will you have to be introveniously fed untill the stiches heal or is it not required also will you be on a special diet for the healing period or is that also a non requirement . Sorry for all the personal questions but I'm really ignorent about this one .
Frank I should have some light types of food.. nothing to heavy the first few weeks.. maybe some yoghurt and some other pretty liquid kinds of food like soup and such.. after that i can slowly get back to normal foods. this surgery is quite common nowadays.. offcourse it hasn't been in place long enough to really know any long term risks.. but since it can be reversed it would be easy to take care of if any unwanted side effects may surface.
but your moden speed and how full the internet usages is in
your location ....
At the demonstration I saw I was alowed to try them ( on the surgical dummy of course ) and it takes a little bit to get use to them but once you get the hang of it they really become impressive . Medicine has come a long way in the last century, I can just immagine the breakthroughs in this one .
