Giving up smoking.
It finally happened.. I gave up smoking. It's hard.. belive me it is.. My head keeps spinning around.. A headache as bad as ever.. The neverlasting craving for a smoke.. The desire I have .. I got to fight it.. I know I can make it.. yet it keeps getting harder.. I simply can't resist anymore... at least I made it almost a half hour without a smoke. Maybe I'll quit sometime in the future but basicly.. I don't want to now.

i deliberately sent some of our snow and artic air over to you --after your " moving my sun lounger " comment to me the other day sharing is caring
Are you saying we go public.....
Ok here goes....trying very hard to send warmth your way.......blowing hard, blowing very hard......
sorry it may take a while, maybe this will help.....
thankyou for at least trying to send some hot sunshine to me --and your s are much appreciated
Besides this, let's say its true and smoking could kill me.. So?
I'm alive so the conclusion is i will die anyway. Smoking or not doesn't matter, we all die someday. Who is to say I would live longer if i don't smoke?? Who knows how long i am supposed to live???
I know people who have lost friends or family because of lungcancer might get upset by this statement And I am sorry about that. I only speak for myself.
I rather die after living a good life, with my "bad" habbit, at least then I will have lived the life I wanted to.
I LOVE ME too.......
opps i mean I LOVE YOU too......
you got me all nervous now.......
Of course there are certain things that will help the cancer grow, thus spreading through ones body,
Alcohol, tobacco, sugar, sweets, and many other things help the cancer cells to grow, whilst there are other things that can slow it down, like certain vitamins and so forth.....
but i'm happy that you can spare just a little bit of love for me too
Bye all, specially you Irish.....
Or bragging again with the weather in spain? How high are you guys?? must be somewhere around 15 celcius there now I suspect.. well during the day ofcourse.
No I agree with what you're saying, there's more to it than just smoking.
@Teddy , i totally agree
even after many many years of research carried out , there is still so much unknown about this --sometimes , i just feel it's very easy to put the blame on smoking when there could be other equally valid reasons --i would hazard to say , it is going to be a long time before scientists know exactly the causes
there seems to be concentration on researching various treatments , rather than causes
there are hidden agendas certainly ,
but god , i wish they could just get to the root cause of it --and rid this terrible suffering from people world wide
Nobody should suffer that much.
But when I look at things in a more global view, and taking in account history, and scientific scriptures.. I can only conclude that solving this problem would only mean creating a new problem for the future.
It is human nature to Always try and be smarter, better, more powerful then nature itself.. and that simply won't work.
and yes , there is certainly much truth to the second part of your comment
Goodnight Zee
sleep well and i wish you sweet dreams
