Waiting for spring..

Snow landscapes
Icy sidewalks
Bare trees
Bitter cold air
Cloudy skies
Ground hog says early spring.....

I think not
Still more days of snow in the forecast
Already still buried in about 2 feet
Waiting anxiously for all the snow to melt
To be able to see the grass beneath it
Smell the flowers and trees in the air
To see the sunshine once again
Hear the birds
See people walking their dogs
Put the bulky clothing away
..and open up all the windows
Yep anxiously waiting
Waiting for spring
Not exactly poem material......lol but it's what's on my mind currently. But it's whatever

Valor....it is also March 21st here....though, because we're considered to be "New England" in this part of the country, where all the crazy weather occurs, and it's always a bit colder than it should be...nothing is surprising here. The weather can never make up it's mind what it's doing here. After the blizzard hit, almost two weeks ago, we still have a lot left on the ground and I think we're going to have more snow going into the month of spring. I'll have a cup of that coffee, by the way

same here.. we had so much snow this year.. even had upto 2 inch at one time... thats way more then usual.. but guess its worse in other parts of the world.

2 inches?? Wow, I wish that was all lol, it would be melted in no time.....with the blizzard that just hit us we had close to 3 feet!

....tried to let my dog out in the morning after and she was completely buried and tried to open my upstairs porch door and a bunch of snow fell in the house lol. Welcome to our crazy climate

i know wealth can bring distruction, at the moment my health is my wealth. i'm happy enough with that but wouldn't mind more salaro's to add to my out-look and i would have more options to choose from...

when it comes to climate i guess we can't complain in Belgium... No big storms, no tyfoons, no floods, no earthquakes, no tornados, not much snow... sure it would be nice to get some better summers.. but still.. can't complain
