How big is this scamming network guys/folks????
THis is truly amazing and so very sad. I have a close friend who was ripped off by a scammer claiming that he was arrested and couldn't be released in Malaysia cos he brought way too much cash into that country. He called up my friend whom he had been contacting and asked for help. My friend transferred the funds and she had just lost 20 grand USD....Phew! That is a lot of money!!!....
THis friend of mine insisted that the relationship is true and decided to fly to Malaysia to check it out for herself. What did she find out: Nothing, no such person!!!!....
I wonder if these kinda people can be tracked down? or if there is a way to find out where the money had gone through...it was sent through western union. My friend is one very sad person now...
