Hölzerlips or me

There r an estimated 11 billion trees in the german forests, though only 8 billion with a diameter above 7 cm. Beech, fir and douglas fir r the most abundant trees. 60 million m³ timber r cut and sold and some is exported even to China, Ireland e.g.
For 1,3 million people it means work and income.
Though not really for Hölzerlips.
44 % of the forests r owned by 2 million landlords. From a percentage of an acre to x10.000 hectares.
Hölzerlips owns no forest.

On the other hand 970.000 tonnes of apples r harvested outside the forests. About 10 kg per capita.

Still not as bad as in the Regenwald, have a nice day, rainshowers soon...!
Von mir aus kann es gerne regnen, es wird aber auch deutlich kühler.
well i hope they look after the forests there --lots of irish forests were cleared for british shpbuilding ----------------From circa 1556 – 1690 large areas of land in Ireland were allocated to English, Welsh and Scottish landlords. This is known as the plantations of Ireland. These landlords cleared large areas of forests to create agricultural land.--that piece taken from an irish forestry site wave
And that was exactly what happened in Indonesia when it colonized by the Dutch in the 1800's. Then follows logging, that ruined a lot of our forests. Big holding companies start destroying the forest by burning it to grow palm oil. doh I think it is a problem world wide....cutting and destroying of forests....
Hmm. and almost always exploited by the same crowd.sigh
