.......Winter Time..bread run....
....Yes its cold outside ....yes being on call has its perks at times , and this time I took my camera with me , and its so hard to figure out what to take pictures of because I see it often ...so here's a few pictures for those who want to come and see whats what and where ,..

you should give up bread and try pitta bread
leave the cakes,biscuits alone or chocolate
try to walk and cycle
you will notice a lot of difference
i am going to try to loose another 5 kgs
eat salads it is not that difficult
i do not drink alcohol try this as well just in case you do
