Why work towards that. All body builders will end up looking like Arnold Schwarzenegger. All flabby now that he is old.

Oh Ken, u seem to give me negative comments mostly. First of all...I am five foot seven and a size 10-11 so I am actually not that big.....And I used to be a body buider when I was younger, have taken numerous nutrition classes and usd to teach aerobics when I was younger. Your advice is duly noted but you can work on abs, calves, and forearms daily. I always have one day of rest...Plus I am planning on buying a new weight set.....
