I've been out in "my" forest today and soak in the sunshine we had, as always I come back really happy inside. I am also grateful for the hike I did with my grandkids and daughter in law on Saturday, it was awesome. I am for the most grateful most of the time, to be alive, to be able to smile, to have a safe place to live and a little car I can get around in... I'm mostly grateful and happy with me and my life. No regrets, no nothing. I'm perfectly fine.
