Leah you sweet soul. Try a moment of silence before each session. Make yourself comfortable, sitting or lying down. Close your eyes and look into the inner screen where dreams and daydreams come to you. Softly sing Hu (pronounced 'hue') in a long drawn out way. Repeat until about five to minutes has elapsed. Then ask the divine to help you with your music practice.

Music is what holds all of creation in place. If the music stops, everything collapses. Of course I am speaking about the music which cannot be heard with the physical ears.
