with my landlord and his wife working full time , its been a trying time to look after their 4 kids between the grandparents and me , its good when the weather is good but not now , there's a gale blowing about with sideways rain every now and then , its hard to believe it was a very hot summers day the day befor yesterday but today it could be mistaken for a winters day...

WHY would you have a Landord
You have been telling us for months now that you are living on the boat you are building as you can not afford to live elsewhere.
And why would a Landlord want you to look after their kids with the grand parents.
Surely if they expected you to do this, then they would be making adjustments on the rent you pay to them, BUT
that would only be if you were living in a house and NOT on the BOAT you are building.
